摘要: A rotation sensor assembly (10) includes an encoder (15), mounted on one end of an inner member (2) of a bearing (21), and a rotation sensor (16) fitted to one end of an outer member (1) of the bearing (21) in face-to-face relation with the encoder (15). A cylindrical wall (17b) of a core metal (17) of the encoder (15) press-fitted onto the inner member (2) has a cylindrical extension (17ba) protruding axially outwardly from one end of the cylindrical wall (17b). A displacement sensor assembly (11) includes a pair of displacement sensors (24) provided in face-to-face relation with the cylindrical extension (17ba) and spaced an equidistantly from each other in a circumferential direction. The rotation sensor (16) is positioned between the displacement sensors (24) in the circumferential direction.

摘要: A rotation sensor assembly includes an encoder, mounted on one end of an inner member of a bearing, and a rotation sensor fitted to one end of an outer member of the bearing in face-to-face relation with the encoder. A cylindrical wall of a core metal of the encoder press-fitted onto the inner member has a cylindrical extension protruding axially outwardly from one end of the cylindrical wall. A displacement sensor assembly includes a pair of displacement sensors provided in face-to-face relation with the cylindrical extension and spaced equidistantly from each other in a circumferential direction. The rotation sensor is positioned between the displacement sensors in the circumferential direction.

摘要: A wheel driving device includes a speed reducer for transmitting rotation of an electric motor to a hub ring supporting a vehicle wheel after reducing its speed. The speed reducer is a cycloid speed reducer including an external gear, and an internal gear meshing with the external gear and rotationally fixed to the speed reducer casing through a rotational fixing arrangement which is also capable of elastically supporting the internal gear. The rotational fixing arrangement absorbs, by elastic deformation, vibration of the internal gear due to torque transmitted from the external gear to the internal gear, thereby preventing the vibration of the internal gear from being transmitted to the speed reducer casing.

摘要: A ceramic heater is constructed by embedding a heat-generator in a base body made of ceramics. The heat-generator has a recess in a surface thereof, the ceramics being inside the recess. Even if a great thermal stress is developed due to a difference in thermal expansion between the heat-generator and the base body, by the recess inside which the ceramics that forms the base body exists, occurrence of a gap between the heat-generator and the base body, as well as appearance of cracks in the base body, can be prevented even in the direction of the length of the heat-generator in which the thermal stress is applied heavily.

摘要: An object of the invention is to always maintain an outer pin holder and a housing in a speed reducer section at their predetermined positions, to prevent damage to such components as revolving members, outer circumferential engagers, and motion conversion mechanism upon a large axial load due to turning or sudden acceleration/deceleration, etc., and to eliminate rattling noise caused by the housing and the outer pin holder. A casing immobilizing member which is fixed to an inner surface of a speed reducer section casing and a housing immobilizing member which is fixed to an outer surface of a speed reducer section housing are provided between the speed reducer section casing and the speed reducer section housing. The casing immobilizing member and the housing immobilizing member are bonded with each other via a rubber member.

摘要: A vane pump includes a casing and a rotary unit rotatably held within the casing. The rotary unit includes a base portion with radially outwardly opened slits extending radially with respect to a rotational axis of the rotary unit and vanes slidably fitted in the respective slits. An annular chamber is formed around the base portion within the casing and divided into a plurality of pump chambers by the vanes. Each of the pump chambers has a volume cyclically expanded and contracted during rotation of the rotary unit to discharge the fluid drawn into each of the pump chambers. The casing includes an inlet port through which to draw the fluid into the annular chamber. The inlet port is arranged to face a portion of the annular chamber extending between a middle position and a terminating position of an expanding section in which each of the pump chambers expands.

摘要: An object is to provide an oil feed type auto-tensioner which can reliably prevent air from mixing into hydraulic oil in the pressure chamber.This tensioner includes a housing (11) defining a cylinder chamber (13), a plunger (14) slidably mounted in the cylinder chamber (13), a return spring (15) mounted in the cylinder chamber (13) and biasing the plunger (14) outwardly of the cylinder chamber (13), the housing (11) being formed with an oil supply passage (17) communicating with a pressure chamber (16) defined in the cylinder chamber behind the plunger (14), and a check valve (18) provided at a hydraulic oil outlet of the oil supply passage (17). The cylinder chamber (13) includes a large-diameter hole portion (19) provided at an open end thereof, in which a snap ring (20) for braking is received so as to be movable therein. The snap ring (20) includes a plurality of engaging pieces (20a) provided at a radially inner portion thereof and inclined in a direction in which the plunger (14) protrudes from the housing. The engaging pieces (20a) have radially inner edges that are in engagement with the outer periphery of the plunger, thereby restraining retraction of the plunger. When a pushing force is applied to the plunger (14) from the chain while the engine is at a stop, the snap ring (20) for braking abuts the closed end face of the large-diameter hole portion (19) and is stopped. In this state, because the radially inner edges of the engaging pieces (20a) formed on the radially inner portion of the snap ring (20) are in engagement with the outer periphery of the plunger (14), the plunger (14) is prevented from retracting, thus keeping the tension of the chain within a predetermined range. This prevents the plunger (14) from markedly moving outwardly when the engine is subsequently restarted.
