    摘要: A refrigeration system includes a variable-capacity compressor having a compression chamber for sucking and compressing a refrigerant and a crankcase surrounding a swash plate forming a drive portion for suction and compression, and a passage through which the refrigerant discharged from the outlet of the compression chamber passes at least through a condenser, an expansion means and an evaporator and is sucked into the inlet of the compression chamber of the compressor, the capacity of the compressor being changed by slanting the swash plate during its rotation. A pressure control device is provided in a refrigerant passage between the evaporator and the suction valve of the compressor whereby the pressure upstream thereof is controlled in such a manner that it does not decrease below a predetermined value, thereby preventing frosting of evaporator fins. A point partway along the passage upstream from the pressure control device and the crankcase of the variable-capacity compressor are communicated so that the capacity of the compressor may be controlled without controlling the pressure in the crankcase.

    摘要: A variable displacement compressor has a sleeve axially slidably mounted on an axial drive shaft and a swash plate tiltably connected to the sleeve. The angle of the tilt of the swash plate is variable by an axial movement of the sleeve and a movement of the swash plate along a guiding cam track to vary the compressor displacement. The guiding cam track is provided by a cam groove having a form of a closed loop and formed in a driving plate drivingly connected to the drive shaft and to the swash plate to transmit the torque of the drive shaft to the swash plate. A fulcrum pin is provided on the swash plate and engaged in the cam groove and is movable along the guide groove toward the drive shaft as the angle of tilt of the swash plate is decreased.

    摘要: A vane-type rotary machine for use as a compressor, pump or the like. The rotary machine has a cam ring with an inner peripheral contour expressed by an epitrochoid-like curve having at least one lobe, a cylindrical rotor having a plurality of vane grooves and contacting the inner peripheral surface of the cam ring, and vanes slidably received by the vane grooves and adapted to slide on the inner peripheral surface of the cam ring as the rotor rotates. The inner peripheral contour of the cam ring is corrected or modified in accordance with the amount of offset of the vanes in such a manner as to suppress the lateral reactional force applied to the vanes thereby to reduce the friction loss during sliding of the vanes in respective vane grooves, while making the sliding movement of the vanes approach a movement in accordance with a sine wave curve, thereby to diminish noise, thermal loss and mechanical damage which are attributable to irregularity of movement of the vanes.

    摘要: In a swash plate type compressor, an oil separating chamber is arranged in the course of the flow of coolant gas from an inlet to a low pressure chamber. An oil accumulating chamber is formed between the rear end of the drive shaft and the rear side cover. The oil accumulating chamber is communicated with the oil separating chamber and with a thrust bearing through an oil passage formed in the drive shaft. The thrust bearing is lubricated by use of oil from the oil accumulating chamber.

    摘要: An automobile air conditioner has a refrigeration cycle composed of a compressor, condenser, liquid tank, orifice means and an evaporator, as well as mechanical parts such as a radiator and radiator fan associated with the condenser and a blower combined with the evaporator. The compressor is operatively connected to the automobile engine through a connecting means so as to be driven by the engine selectively in accordance with the temperature in the passenger's compartment. According to the invention, the compressor is driven when the automobile is being braked, even if the temperature in the compartment is lower than a set temperature, to make an efficient use of the kinetic energy possessed by the mass of the automobile. The cold energy generated during braking is suitably stored and is released into the passenger's compartment as desired.

During operation of the vane pump, the portion of the fluid discharged by the pump and supplied through the line is ejected through the through openings against the side end faces of the vanes so as to avoid collision between the end walls of the drive rotor and the side end faces of the vanes whereby the service life of the vane pump can be increased.

    摘要: A printing system is provided which ensures easy formation of a plate and regeneration of the plate for continued use. The press plate used in a the printing system to form an image using a water-based ink is characterized in that, (I) prior to formation of a latent image, the surface forming the latent image exhibits extra ink-repellency to the ink to be used; (2) the press plate allows a water soluble material forming the latent image to be deposited thereon; (3) the latent image can be formed by allowing the water soluble material to be deposited on the press plate surface; and (4) the press plate can be regenerated as a plate which allows a new latent image to be formed by washing the press plate with water and drying it, upon completion of ensuing processes of development and transfer.
