摘要： There is provided an amplifier circuit. The amplifier circuit includes an amplifying unit including at least one transistor; at least one first bias circuit unit including a resistor and connected to the at least one transistor; and at least one second bias circuit unit connected between an input terminal to which an input signal is applied and the at least one transistor so as to block an input signal having a frequency higher than a first frequency or having a frequency lower than a second frequency. The amplifier circuit according to embodiment of the present invention may prevent thermal runaway, remove a harmonic component from an input signal to be amplified and suppress oscillations.

摘要： There is provided an amplifier circuit. The amplifier circuit includes an amplifying unit including at least one transistor; at least one first bias circuit unit including a resistor and connected to the at least one transistor; and at least one second bias circuit unit connected between an input terminal to which an input signal is applied and the at least one transistor so as to block an input signal having a frequency higher than a first frequency or having a frequency lower than a second frequency. The amplifier circuit according to embodiment of the present invention may prevent thermal runaway, remove a harmonic component from an input signal to be amplified and suppress oscillations.

摘要： Disclosed herein is a transformer including: a primary coil formed of a first conductor having a predetermined length and including a first end and second end for receiving a signal, wherein the first conductor is formed as a first loop; and a secondary coil that is coupled to the primary coil in an electromagnetic coupling, and is formed of a second conductor having a predetermined length and including a first end and a second end for outputting a signal, wherein the second conductor is formed as a second loop, wherein the primary coil and the secondary coil are stacked while crossing each other. Accordingly, power transformer efficiency may be increased.

摘要： Disclosed herein is a power amplifier. The power amplifier includes N power amplification means, a transformer, and a harmonic elimination unit. Each of the N power amplification means amplifies an input signal into a predetermined level. The transformer includes N/2 primary windings respectively connected to the output terminals of the power amplification means and a secondary winding configured such that coil elements are connected in series between an output terminal and a ground, and sums power transmitted from the primary windings. The harmonic elimination unit is disposed across both ends of the secondary winding of the transformer, and eliminates the output of the harmonic frequencies of a preset frequency.

A power amplifier system with power control function according to an aspect of the invention may include: a power amplifier receiving a bias voltage and a bias current from a power voltage source and having a gain controlled according to the magnitude of the bias voltage and the bias current; a voltage detection controller detecting the magnitude of the bias voltage being supplied to the power amplifier and comparing the magnitude of the bias voltage with a predetermined reference voltage to control the magnitude of the bias voltage; and a current detection controller detecting voltage having a magnitude equivalent to the magnitude of the bias current being supplied to the power amplifier and comparing the magnitude of the voltage equivalent to the magnitude of the bias current with the reference voltage to control the magnitude of the bias current.
