摘要： The invention relates to a method and installation for recycling a polystyrene based material containing organohalogen flame retardant, comprising the steps of: (i) dissolving the polystyrene based material in a high-boiling, apolar, organic reaction solvent: (ii) heating the polystyrene contained in the reaction solvent to a temperature so as to release halogen from the flame retardant; (iii) contacting released halogen with a base so as to form a halogen residue; (iv) removing the halogen residue; (v) pyrolyzing polystyrene contained in the reaction solvent at a temperature so as to depolymerize polystyrene; and (vi) distilling the depolymerized mixture into at least a styrene fraction. For recycling expanded polystyrene the method and installation additionally comprises a step of compacting expanded polystyrene in an compaction solvent, whereafter preferably the compaction solvent is at least partly replaced by the reaction solvent.

摘要： The present disclosure is relates to a conductive film and a manufacturing method thereof. The conductive film includes a base layer, a TPU complex layer, a conductive layer and a TPU surface layer. The TPU complex layer includes a TPU heat-resistant layer and a TPU melting layer. The TPU heat-resistant layer is disposed on the TPU melting layer, and the TPU melting layer is disposed on the base layer. The conductive layer includes a conductive circuit disposed on the TPU heat-resistant layer. The TPU surface layer is disposed on the conductive layer. Utilizing the TPU complex layer, the conductive layer does not contact directly with the base layer to avoid breaking the conductive line of the conductive layer when the base layer is pulled. Therefore, the lifetime of the conductive film can be increased.

The thermoplastic resin generates a residue when heated to 600° C. at a temperature increase rate of 10° C./minute under a nitrogen atmosphere.

The conveyor belts to be adhered include a rubber composition containing an ethylene-α-olefin copolymer, an organic peroxide (X1), and carbon black (Y1), the organic peroxide (X1) being contained in an amount of from 0.011 to 0.020 molar equivalents relative to the ethylene-α-olefin copolymer in the conveyor belts to be adhered. The adhesive rubber includes a rubber composition containing an ethylene-α-olefin copolymer, an organic peroxide (X2), and carbon black (Y2), the organic peroxide (X2) being contained in an amount of from 0.017 to 0.022 molar equivalents relative to the ethylene-α-olefin copolymer in the adhesive rubber. A content ratio (X2/X1) of the organic peroxide (X2) to the organic peroxide (X1) is from 1.20 to 2.00.

This kind of rolling film has a uniform thickness and high surface gloss, and is yellowing resistant, abrasion resistant, flame retardant, and low-temperature resistant.
