摘要： Provided is a method of manufacturing a see-through-type integrated solar cell and a method of manufacturing the same. The method comprises forming a first conductive material being apart and strip patterned on a transparent substrate so that the first conductive material comprises a predetermined space for enabling light to directly pass through the transparent substrate, forming a solar cell(semiconductor) layer, obliquely depositing a second conductive material and etching the solar cell layer using the second conductive material layer as a mask.

摘要： Provided are an integrated thin-film solar cell and a method of manufacturing the same. The method comprises forming and patterning a conductive material to be adjacently spaced a predetermined distance apart from each other on a substrate; forming a solar cell (semiconductor) layer on the resultant substrate; obliquely depositing a first transparent conductive material on the solar cell layer; etching the solar cell layer using the first transparent conductive material as a mask; and obliquely depositing a second transparent conductive material on the resultant substrate, and electrically connecting the conductive material with the first transparent conductive material.

摘要： A method of manufacturing a flash memory device wherein a stacked structure of an oxide and nitride or the reverse is applied to insulation spacers provided on sidewalls of gates for forming source/drain regions. After completing the source/drain regions, spacers are formed on sidewalls of the gates by using an oxide film as a contacting buffer, thus minimizing the interference between gates and reducing the stress to cells, overcoming the disturbance of threshold voltage.

摘要： Disclosed herein is a vibration actuator. The vibration actuator excites a mass member by interaction between an electric field of a vibration coil provided in an inner space of a case and a magnetic field of a magnetic field unit disposed corresponding to the vibration coil. The vibration actuator comprises an elastic wire having a wire body fixed to the outer surface of the mass member and elastic ends fixed to the inner surface of the case. The elastic wire is connected between the case and the mass member for elastically supporting mass member. The present invention minimizes change of natural frequency due to manufacturing tolerance of raw materials to improve vibration characteristics of the vibration actuator, simplifies and reduces a manufacturing process to improve productivity of the vibration actuator, and improves durability to increase the service life of the vibration actuator.

摘要： Disclosed herein is an electrode that includes a catalytic layer formed on a substrate coated with a conductive material, wherein the catalytic layer includes vertically aligned carbon nanotubes. A method of manufacturing the electrode and a solar cell comprising the electrode are also described. The electrode has increased surface roughness and a shortened charge transport pathway and, therefore, reduced charge transport resistance. Thus, when the electrode is used in a solar cell, it can improve the efficiency of the solar cell.
