摘要： Disclosed is a terminal constructed in such a manner that at least an outer portion of the terminal including a region corresponding to a last-contact part of the terminal with a counterpart terminal when the terminal is disengaged from the counterpart terminal is formed of an insulating member. A conductive layer is formed on the surface of the insulating member to be electrically connected to a conductive part of the terminal. The terminal is constructed in such a manner that the conductive layer is detached from the counterpart terminal at a final stage of disengagement of the terminals. With this arrangement, arc discharge at the disengagement of the terminals is suppressed.

摘要： A connector includes a plurality of cavities (12) into which terminal fittings are to be accommodated. The cavities (12) are separate tubular members independent of a connector main body (14) and each of the cavities (12) also is configured as a separate member independent of the other cavities. The connector main body (14) functions as a holder for accommodating the plurality of cavities (12) and the cavities (12) are locked individually in the connector main body (14). Clearances are provided between the individual cavities (12) and the connector main body (14) in these locked parts and the cavities (12) are permitted to move relative to the connector main body (14) due to the clearances.

The case (20) includes an opening (21) that allows the circuit board (10) to be inserted in a board inserting direction and holds the circuit board (10) at a specific board holding position. The connector (C) includes connector terminals (30) to be mounted on ends of wires (W), and a housing (40) for holding the connector terminals (30) so that the connector terminals (30) can simultaneously contact the conductors for connection (14). The housing (40) includes a lid (48) for closing the opening (21). The case (20) locks the housing (40) at a position where the connector terminals (30) contact the conductors for connection (14) of the circuit board (10) at the board holding position.

摘要： A battery wiring module is configured to be attached to a battery group including a plurality of batteries each having electrode terminals including a positive electrode terminal and a negative electrode terminal and configured to connect the electrode terminals. The battery wiring module includes a plurality of connection units connected to each other in a battery arrangement direction in which the batteries are arranged. Each of the connection units includes a bus bar and a bus bar housing. The bus bar is configured to connect one of the electrode terminals of one of the batteries and one of the electrode terminals of another one of the batteries. The bus bar housing houses the bus bar. The bus bar has a pair of terminal through holes configured to receive the electrode terminals and each of the terminal through holes is formed in a shape elongated in the battery arrangement direction.

摘要： An electric wire with terminal includes an electric wire covering an outer periphery of a core wire with an insulating coating and a female terminal. The female terminal includes: a wire barrel having a bottom plate on which the core wire is placed and crimped onto the core wire; a groove portion extending from the bottom plate in a direction in which the core wire extends and whose surface on the side where the core wire is placed is bent into a concave shape. The groove portion has a water blocking wall molded by synthetic resin. The water blocking wall is provided to fill the inside of the groove portion. A region extending from the water blocking wall to the end of the insulating coating is covered with a water blocking coating, and the inner surface of the water blocking coating is in close contact with the water blocking wall.
