摘要: An integrated-inverter electric compressor whose grounding effect and grounding reliability are increased by reliably grounding an inverter device to a housing and in which the size the inverter device are reduced by simplifying the grounding structure is provided. The integrated-inverter electric compressor includes an inverter device provided in an inverter container on the outer circumference of a housing. The inverter device includes an inverter module formed by integrating a power-related metal substrate and a resin case and is provided with a control-related substrate on the upper surface of the inverter module; the resin case is integrated with mounting legs provided at a plurality of locations on the circumference; the mounting legs are grounded to the power-related metal substrate and the control-related substrate; and grounding terminals, which frame-ground the substrates to the housing, are insert-molded in such a manner that the grounding terminals are securable to the inverter container with screws.

摘要: The present invention has an object to provide an inverter system for a vehicle-mounted air conditioner that prevents noise from entering a control circuit and allows high speed communication. A motor control microcomputer 24 is isolated from a gate circuit 22, and communication therebetween is performed via a photocoupler 80. This suppresses the influence of noise resulting from changes caused by changes in voltage and current that occur in a high voltage system for driving a motor 30. Also, the motor control microcomputer 24 and a communication driver 27 can be directly bus-connected without a photocoupler, thereby allowing high speed communication therebetween.

摘要: The present invention has an object to provide an inverter system for a vehicle-mounted air conditioner that prevents noise from entering a control circuit and allows high speed communication. A motor control microcomputer 24 is isolated from a gate circuit 22, and communication therebetween is performed via a photocoupler 80. This suppresses the influence of noise resulting from changes caused by changes in voltage and current that occur in a high voltage system for driving a motor 30. 摘要: The present invention has an object to provide an integrated electric compressor further downsized. An inverter control apparatus comprises: a power board 16 converting a direct current supplied from a high voltage power supply to an alternating current and applying it to a motor; and a control circuit board 15 controlling the application of the alternating current to the motor, wherein the power board 16 and the control circuit board 15 respectively have tall components 28 and 52 surface-mounted on one surfaces, which are relatively taller than components on the other surfaces, and the one surfaces face each other. The tall components 28 and 52 of the power board 16 and the control circuit board 15 are placed facing each other without interfering with each other in projection directions thereof.

摘要: In an inverter in which noise reducing coils and a smoothing capacitor are provided on a power line to an inverter module to achieve a no-busbar configuration, simplification of the manufacturing process, reduction of the influence on the size of the inverter, enhanced noise reducing function, reduction in cost and so on, the smoothing capacitor is electrically connected, on the inverter module, to the power line in parallel with a power system board, and the noise reducing coils are connected to the power line by directly connecting output lead wires thereof to P-N terminals of the inverter module.

摘要: The object is to provide an inverter system for a vehicle-mounted air conditioner capable of reducing standby power requirements during nonuse. The voltage supply from a communication power source 80 is turned on and off on the basis of a signal from a communication driver 27a and an electric switch is changed over, whereby the voltage supply from a vehicle-mounted battery power source 50 to a DC-DC converter 26 is turned on and off and the voltage supply to a motor-control microcomputer 24 and a gate circuit 22 is turned on and off. As a result of this, during nonuse the operating state of the motor-control microcomputer 24 is shifted to a sleep mode by performing control by a host ECU 60, whereby the voltage supply is suspended and it becomes possible to reduce power consumption.

摘要: A control device includes a shot-pulse control unit that provides, at a time of starting a synchronous motor, a predetermined current to each phase of a stator of the motor for a short time; a detecting unit that detects a current flowing through each phase when the predetermined current is provided; an estimating unit that estimates a position of the rotor by comparing detected values; a voltage control unit that controls application of a voltage to the synchronous motor based on a high-pressure side pressure of the compressor when the compressor is failed to be started due to any cause; and a magnetism-resistant section having a conductive layer sandwiched by insulating layers. The magnetism-resistant section covers a portion of a substrate of the control device, and a portion at which the conductive layer is exposed is in contact with the housing or a part conducting heat to the housing.
