In a laser welding method of varying the waveform and frequency of a laser output suitably so as to prevent the occurrence of the weld defects, a new laser welding method can optimize a laser output variation condition more simply and securely.

    摘要: An inventive sealing body is a generally disk-like sealing body composed of two or more types of thermoplastic elastomers having different hardnesses, and comprises at least a needle stick part extended in axial direction and an outer edge part surrounding the needle stick part. The outer edge part has a higher hardness than that of the needle stick part. More specifically, a difference in JIS-A hardness between the outer edge part and the needle stick part, for example, is 5 to 15. The sealing body is tightly fitted in a generally cylindrical outer frame body composed of a rigid plastic to provide a cap. The cap is welded to a mouth part of a plastic container or the mouth part is tightly sealed with the sealing body to provide a medical container.

    摘要: An offset voltage correction circuit for a gridded power tube, such as a gridded traveling wave tube (GTWT), provides from a pulsed, floating, negatively offset voltage signal representing the pulsed current output of the tube, a corrected pulsed, zero voltage offset signal. Such corrected signal is used in a feedback loop to control the voltage signal provided to the tube grid in a manner causing the pulsed output current of the tube to have a preestablished amplitude. The signal correcting circuit includes a .pi.-shaped network formed of a capacitor and first and second transistors. The two transistors are connected in electrical parallel so that between pulses of the offset voltage signal the first one of the transistors is held off and keeps the second transistor turned on so that the capacitor charges to the negative offset voltage of the offset voltage signal. During the pulses of the offset voltage signal, the first transistor is turned on and thereby turns the second transistor off, causing the capacitor output side to provide a zero offset voltage pulse having an amplitude equal to the sum of the negative offset and positive voltages (the total peak-to-peak voltage) of the voltage offset signal. The zero offset signal is used by a control loop circuit and a grid pulse modulator to provide a control voltage signal to the grid of the tube which maintains the pulsed output current of the tube at a preselected level in spite of tube aging and thermal effects which tend to cause the output current to change.

    摘要: An apparatus for machining a thin-film layer of a workpiece, which is a transparent glass on which a thin-film layer is disposed on a top surface thereof, includes a workpiece-underside support mechanism for supporting the workpiece in a vertical direction by an air floatation mechanism and a suction mechanism, a clamp device for gripping the workpiece so as to follow the movement in the vertical direction of the workpiece, and a machining head for machining the thin-film layer with a laser beam. The machining head machines the thin-film layer on the top surface of the workpiece by irradiating the workpiece with a laser beam entering through the underside of the workpiece. Further including nozzles, the thin-film layer is machined while the cooling medium is delivered from the nozzles disposed by the thin-film layer side.
