    摘要: A method for producing an alkoxysilyl group-containing conjugated diolefin (co)polymer rubber by polymerizing a conjugated diolefin or a conjugated diolefin and an aromatic vinyl compound in a hydrocarbon solvent by anionic polymerization using as an initiator at least one metal compound selected from an organic alkali metal compound and an organic alkali earth metal compound, and then allowing an alkoxysilane-based compound to react, wherein after the alkoxysilane-based compound has been allowed to react, an alkaline compound is added at the time of desolvation, and treatment is conducted at a pH of 8 to 12.

    摘要: The present invention provides a rubber composition that provides excellent vibration-isolating properties, a vibration isolating rubber formed from the rubber composition and a vibration-isolating mount. The rubber composition contains 5 to 40 parts by weight of a styrene-butadiene-based copolymer rubber, having a weight-average molecular weight of 200,000 or less and a glass transition temperature of −35° C. or higher; and 95 to 60 parts by weight of a diolefin-based rubber, having a weight-average molecular weight exceeding 200,000 and a glass transition temperature of −20° C. or lower; where the weight are based on 100 parts by weight of the total amount of both. A vibration-isolating rubber comprising this composition has a performance relationship between a dynamic-to-static modulus ration (Kd/Ks), which is a ratio of a dynamic spring constant (Kd) to a static spring constant (Ks), and a loss factor (tan &dgr;), as shown by the equation (1): Kd/Ks≦20 tan &dgr;−1.8 (1). This vibration-isolating rubber is used for a vibration-isolating mount.

    摘要: A process for producing a conjugated diene copolymer rubber which comprises initiating a copolymerization reaction in a reaction system containing a first conjugated diene compound and a first aromatic vinyl compound and completing the reaction, adding a first polyfunctional monomer to the reaction system, optionally further adding a second conjugated diene compound and a second aromatic vinyl compound, and further conducting copolymerization reaction, and adding a modifier to the reaction system to react the modifier with the copolymer. A rubber composition having excellent processability, exhibiting sufficient hardness even after vulcanization, and possessing reduced rolling resistance can be obtained.

    摘要: An objective of the present invention is to provide rubber composition and method for producing the same capable of giving a vulcanized rubber which has an excellent processability and a sufficient wearing resistance and which is useful for a tire. A rubber composition in the invention is obtained by the following step of preparing a first rubber formulation [P1] by kneading a formulation (A1) comprising a rubber component containing a conjugated diene-based rubber and a silica, preparing a second rubber formulation [P2] by kneading a formulation (B1) comprising a mixed material containing a silane coupling agent and the first rubber formulation [P1], and kneading a formulation (C) comprising the second rubber formulation [P2], a zinc oxide and a vulcanizing agent. Such conjugated diene-based rubber is preferably one having at least one selected from the group consisting of an alkoxysilyl, an amino, a hydroxyl and an epoxy groups.

    摘要: An oil extended rubber comprising 100 parts by weight of (A) an amino group-containing copolymer rubber of a conjugated diolefin and an aromatic vinyl compound which contains bonded amino groups in the amount of 0.0025-0.20 mmol/g polymer, and 10-100 parts by weight of (B) an extensible oil. Carbon black, silica, a mixture of carbon black and silica, or a carbon-silica dual-phase-filler can be homogeneously dispersed in the oil extended rubber. Vulcanized products obtained by vulcanizing the rubber exhibits well-balanced improved properties such as wet skid properties, low hysteresis loss properties, abrasion resistance, and breaking strength, and are useful as a tread material for low fuel consumption tires, large tires, and high performance tires.
