摘要： The present invention relates to a security control method and device for emergency calls in a mobile communication system, and the security control method in a mobile communication system supporting emergency calls according to an embodiment of the present invention comprises: a step in which a terminal transmits a message containing terminal security capabilities to a source network during handover in an emergency call; a step in which a mobility manager of the source network transmits, to a mobility manager of a target network, the message containing terminal security capabilities; a step in which the mobility manager of the target network transmits, to a base station of the target network, a hand-over request message containing the terminal security capabilities; and a step in which, after the hand-over preparation procedure has been completed, a base station of the source network transmits, to the terminal, a hand-over command message containing the terminal security capabilities.

摘要： The present invention relates to a security control method and device for emergency calls in a mobile communication system, and the security control method in a mobile communication system supporting emergency calls according to an embodiment of the present invention comprises: a step in which a terminal transmits a message containing terminal security capabilities to a source network during handover in an emergency call; a step in which a mobility manager of the source network transmits, to a mobility manager of a target network, the message containing terminal security capabilities; a step in which the mobility manager of the target network transmits, to a base station of the target network, a hand-over request message containing the terminal security capabilities; and a step in which, after the hand-over preparation procedure has been completed, a base station of the source network transmits, to the terminal, a hand-over command message containing the terminal security capabilities.

摘要： An apparatus and method for transmitting/receiving a signal in a communication system are provided. The method includes inputting an information word during initial transmission and transmitting a first code word created by encoding the inputted information word based on a first coding ratio, and transmitting a portion of a second code word created by encoding the first code word based on a second coding ratio at a retransmission request. Accordingly, the apparatus and method provide for transmitting/receiving signals in a communication system in such a manner that the complexity of the communication system is reduced.

摘要： A apparatus and method for allocating synchronization acquisition sequence in a time domain and allocating a cell ID search sequence in a frequency domain. In a method for transmitting a synchronization signal of a base station in a wireless communication system, a binary frequency-domain preamble sequence predetermined for cell ID search and a binary time-domain preamble sequence predetermined for synchronization acquisition are used to determine a complex time-domain preamble sequence except the binary time-domain preamble sequence among the time-domain preamble sequences that are generated according to an Inverse Fast Fourier Transform (IFFT) operation on the binary frequency-domain preamble sequence. The complex time-domain preamble sequence and the binary time-domain preamble sequence are transmitted to a mobile station.
