摘要: A battery module according to the present disclosure includes a plurality of battery cells, each including an electrode lead which extends in horizontal direction from a front side, the electrode lead having at least one bent part, wherein the electrode leads disposed adjacent to each other in up-down direction are stacked in up-down direction in surface contact with each other, and a plurality of lead cartridges, each including two post parts disposed at each of an outer side of one end of the electrode lead and an outer side of the other end, a partition part formed in a shape of a plate which stands erect in up-down direction between the two post parts and having a receiving space in which the electrode leads in surface contact are individually received inside, and a first spacer part which protrudes forward from top of the partition part to space the electrode lead which protrudes out of the receiving space apart from a different electrode lead.

The bus bar assembly includes a bus bar support frame having an opening; an insertion bus bar, the insertion bus bar being displaceable relative to the bus bar support frame in the opening; side-adhering bus bars positioned with the insertion bus bar being interposed therebetween to form fitting spaces respectively besides opposite sides of the insertion bus bar so that at least one electrode lead is insertable into each of the fitting spaces; and a support member configured to support the insertion bus bar at a location protruding further from the bus bar support frame than the side-adhering bus bars protrude from the bus bar support frame, the support member being elastically deformable by the insertion bus bar when the insertion bus bar is pressed.

摘要: Disclosed is a pressing jig for welding an electrode lead located in a lead slit formed at the bus bar to the bus bar in a closely adhered state. The pressing jig includes a first frame having a first distance adjusting unit and a first pressing unit, and a second frame having a second distance adjusting unit facing the first distance adjusting unit and a second pressing unit facing the first pressing unit. The first frame and the second frame are coupled so that a distance between first pressing unit and the second pressing unit is increased when a distance between the first distance adjusting unit and the second distance adjusting unit is decreased, and the distance between first pressing unit and the second pressing unit is decreased when the distance between the first distance adjusting unit and the second distance adjusting unit is increased.
