    摘要: A jig assembly for laser welding includes a jig body having a first penetration portion through which laser light for welding is capable of passing; a contact member connected to the jig body to contact a welding target, the contact member having a second penetration portion through which the laser light passing through the first penetration portion is capable of passing toward the welding target; a tilting unit having a hinge structure to connect the jig body and the contact member to each other; and an elastic member interposed between the jig body and the contact member to apply an elastic force to provide close contact between the contact member and the welding target.

    摘要: A battery module according to the present disclosure includes a plurality of battery cells, each including an electrode lead which extends in horizontal direction from a front side, the electrode lead having at least one bent part, wherein the electrode leads disposed adjacent to each other in up-down direction are stacked in up-down direction in surface contact with each other, and a plurality of lead cartridges, each including two post parts disposed at each of an outer side of one end of the electrode lead and an outer side of the other end, a partition part formed in a shape of a plate which stands erect in up-down direction between the two post parts and having a receiving space in which the electrode leads in surface contact are individually received inside, and a first spacer part which protrudes forward from top of the partition part to space the electrode lead which protrudes out of the receiving space apart from a different electrode lead.

    摘要: Disclosed are a pouch exterior capable of easily mounting an electrode assembly at an accurate position between accommodating parts, having an integrated form to minimize sealing parts contacting the air and to increase a lifetime of a battery, capable of preventing a rupture of the pouch exterior in an assembly process, and capable of increasing an energy density of a cell, a pouch-type secondary battery using the pouch exterior, and a method of manufacturing the pouch-type secondary battery. A pouch exterior for a secondary battery, according to the present disclosure, includes two corresponding accommodating parts configured to mount an electrode assembly therebetween and symmetrically formed at both sides by disposing a protruding part therebetween, and is folded along two folding lines outside a center part of the protruding part by vertically mounting a side surface of the electrode assembly on the protruding part, such that folded parts surround side edges of the electrode assembly.
