摘要: The present disclosure relates to a preparation method of a super absorbent polymer having excellent basic absorbency and liquid permeability at the same time by optimizing the degree of cross-linking of a base resin powder and a surface cross-linked layer, and a super absorbent polymer prepared therefrom. The preparation method of a super absorbent polymer includes the steps of: forming a hydrogel polymer by cross-linking and polymerizing a monomer composition including a water-soluble ethylene-based unsaturated monomer having at least partially neutralized acidic groups and an internal cross-linking agent; drying, pulverizing and classifying the hydrogel polymer to form a base resin powder; and forming a surface cross-linked layer by further cross-linking a surface of the base resin powder in the presence of a surface cross-linking agent, wherein the water-soluble ethylene-based unsaturated monomer has a degree of neutralization of less than 70 mol % in the step of forming a hydrogel polymer, and the preparation method further includes a step of further neutralizing the base resin powder by treating the base resin powder with a basic solution during the step of forming a surface cross-linked layer or after the step of forming a surface cross-linked layer.

摘要: The present disclosure relates to a preparation method of a super absorbent polymer capable of preparing a super absorbent polymer exhibiting an improved absorption rate while reducing an amount of a blowing agent used. The preparation method of a super absorbent polymer includes: preparing a monomer mixture including a water-soluble ethylene-based unsaturated monomer having at least partially neutralized acidic groups and an internal cross-linking agent; adjusting a dynamic pressure applied to the monomer mixture being transferred to 140 Pa or more by controlling a transfer rate while transferring the monomer mixture to a polymerization reactor; cross-linking and polymerizing the monomer mixture transferred to the polymerization reactor to form a hydrogel polymer; drying, pulverizing and classifying the hydrogel polymer to form a base resin powder; and further cross-linking a surface of the base resin powder in the presence of a surface cross-linking agent to form a surface cross-linked layer.

摘要: The present invention provides a styrene-acrylonitrile (SAN) resin that exhibits significantly improved thermal resistance and, at the same time, can be produced at high productivity and is highly processable and highly moldable; and a method of producing the same by preparing and storing the solution containing a mixture of an N-substituted maleimide monomer and an unsaturated nitrile monomer at a particular temperature, introducing the solution and a styrene polymer into the polymerization reactor separately, and maintaining the first polymerization reactor and the second polymerization reactor at particular respective temperatures, thereby significantly reducing the amounts of oligomers contained in the SAN resin.

摘要: The present disclosure relates to a super absorbent polymer and a preparation method of the same, which not only has excellent basic absorption performance, but also exhibits an improved absorption rate, and the like. The super absorbent polymer includes a base resin powder containing a first cross-linked polymer of a water-soluble ethylene-based unsaturated monomer having at least partially neutralized acidic groups; and a surface cross-linked layer containing a second cross-linked polymer in which the first cross-linked polymer is additionally cross-linked by a surface cross-linking agent on the base resin powder, wherein the super absorbent polymer contains less than 9.9% by number of super absorbent polymer particles having an aspect ratio, which is defined as shortest diameter/longest diameter of each super absorbent polymer particle, of less than 0.5, a vortex time is 5 to 55 seconds by a vortex method, and a surface tension is 50 to 80 mN/m.

摘要: Provided is a styrene resin composition including α-methyl styrene, acrylonitrile and vinyl imidazole, and having an improved conversion rate while maintaining excellent mechanical and chemical properties, a styrene resin composition including the same, and a styrene resin molded product manufactured therefrom. Accordingly, the heat-resistant styrene copolymer is effective in improving a conversion rate without deformation and mechanical and chemical property decline of the material itself, and as a result, commercialization may be readily accomplished due to enhanced productivity. In addition, the styrene resin molded product manufactured from the styrene resin composition according to the present invention includes the heat-resistant styrene copolymer as a matrix copolymer, and therefore, has excellent impact strength, tensile strength, tensile elongation and flowability while having high heat resistance.
