Abstract: A convenience apparatus for a vehicle includes a user sensing unit configured to sense a user located outside the vehicle; an object sensing unit configured to sense an object other than the user located outside the vehicle; and a processor. The processor is configured to determine at least one geo-fence established around the vehicle; determine, based on the user sensing unit sensing the user outside the vehicle, whether an entrance event or an exit event of the user has occurred based on the at least one geo-fence; determine that the object sensing unit has sensed an object outside the vehicle; and based on determining that the object sensing unit has sensed the object outside the vehicle and that the entrance or exit event of the user has occurred, provide a signal that controls an operation of the vehicle according to the entrance or exit event of the user.

Abstract: A control device includes a brake apparatus configured to operate a braking function of a vehicle and at least one rear lamp configured to output visible light to a rear of the vehicle at least in response to an operation of the brake apparatus. The control device also includes a sensing unit configured to sense information related to at least one of the vehicle or a surrounding of the vehicle, and at least one processor. The at least one processor is configured to, based on the information sensed through the sensing unit corresponding to a preset condition and a first vehicle being sensed at the rear of the vehicle, control the at least one rear lamp to output the visible light to the rear of the vehicle in a state in which the brake apparatus is not operated.

Abstract: A control device may include a sensing unit configured to sense a topographical state of a road surface on which a vehicle is travelling. The control device may also include at least one processor configured to, based on the topographical state of the road surface being a first topographical state, control a head lamp of the vehicle to be in a first output state that outputs light to a first area ahead of the vehicle. The at least one processor may also be configured to, based on the topographical state of the road surface changing to a second topographical state different from the first topographical state, control the head lamp of the vehicle to change to a second output state that maintains the output of the light to the first area ahead of the vehicle.
