    摘要: The present disclosure provides a radiation detector, comprising: a semiconductor crystal for detecting radiation, the semiconductor crystal comprising a top surface, a bottom surface, and at least one side surface; at least one anode arranged on at least one of the top surface, the bottom surface, and the at least one side surface; and at least one cathode arranged on at least another one of the top surface, the bottom surface, and the at least one side surface, wherein the at least one anode each has a stripe shape, the at least one cathode each has a planar or curved shape, and the at least one cathode and the at least one anode extend in parallel with respect to each other to a length substantially equal to that of the anode. Such an electrode structure can improve energy resolution and detection efficiency of the radiation detector effectively.

    摘要: The present invention discloses a detecting method of an article detection apparatus composed of an individual DR subsystem and an individual CT subsystem, the method comprising: obtaining a first projection data on ray attenuation coefficient by using the DR subsystem to project an A-layer of an article at a first projection angle, and obtaining a second projection data on ray attenuation coefficient by using the CT subsystem to project an A-layer of the article at a second projection angle different from the first projection angle; and judging whether an A-layer of the detected article contains a dangerous article based on the first projection data and the second projection data so as to obtain a first judgment on an A-layer of the detected article. In the present invention, by combining the projection data of the DR subsystem and the projection data of the CT subsystem, the amount of data information used to judge the detected article is greatly increased, therefore, both the detection accuracy and speed are improved.

The present invention further discloses a safety inspection system comprising the lifting apparatus. Thus the present invention has the beneficial features, such as high movement precision, high transmission efficiency, low friction resistance and reduced noise etc.

    摘要: A method and an apparatus for liquid safety-detection by backscatter with a radiation source relate to a radiation detecting technology field. The invention comprises using a radiation source, a collimator, a detector, a data collector and a computer data processor, and has the main steps of: 1) a liquid article to be detected being placed onto a rotatable platform; 2) the ray emitted from the radiation source causing Compton scattering at the surface of the liquid after passing through the package layer of the liquid article; 3) the scattering photons being received by the detector after passing the collimator; 4) the detector transmitting the received data to the data collector; and 5) the data collector transmitting the amplified and shaped data to the computer data processor, which processes the data to obtain the liquid density of the detected article, then compares the result with the densities of dangerous articles in a current database, and gives warning if finding that the density of the detected article is consistent with that of a dangerous article. Comparing to the prior art, the invention has a convenient use, a rapid and accurate detection, a strong anti-interference, a high use safety and reliability, and an easy protection.

The method comprises steps of acquiring original environment information, emitting radiation beams to transmit the liquid articles, receiving the radiation beams transmitted through the liquid articles to form multi-angle projection data, computing a radiation absorption coefficient of the liquid articles to be detected by inverse operation of the multi-angle projection data, based on the initial environmental information and the uniformity of the liquid articles, and comparing the radiation absorption coefficients with the preset data to get the relevant information of the liquid articles. Comparing with the prior art, the present invention is not subjected to affection of cuter package of the liquid article, and is advantageous of high anti-jamming high accuracy, high safety and reliability, low cost and small size.
