To ensure appropriate thicknesses of the wafer, the method controls the flow rate of the cooling fluid as a function of the thickness of the given portion of the partially formed sheet wafer.

    摘要: A system for producing a crystal formed from a material with impurities has a crucible for containing the material. The crucible has, among other things, a crystal region for forming the crystal, an introduction region for receiving the material, and a removal region for removing a portion of the material. The crucible is configured to produce a generally one directional flow of the material (in liquid form) from the introduction region toward the removal region. This generally one directional flow causes the removal region to have a higher concentration of impurities than the introduction region.

The device includes: a feeding pipe, where an opening extending along an axial direction of the feeding pipe is disposed on an outer wall of the feeding pipe; and a sleeve sleeved on the feeding pipe, where a discharge port in communication with the opening is disposed on an outer wall of the sleeve. Compared with a conventional design, the above device utilizes a sleeve to provide a discharge port and sleeves the sleeve and the feeding pipe together, thereby making the structure of the entire device more compact.

    摘要: A 3D printing head, a 3D printing device and a control method of the 3D printing head are provided. The 3D printing head includes a feeding pipe, provided with an opening at its bottom; a shutter, disposed at the opening and slidably connected to the bottom, where the opening includes a region occluded by the shutter and a region not occluded by the shutter, and the region not occluded by the shutter forms a discharge port of the 3D printing head, where the discharge port includes a first end and a second end, and the first end and the second end define a length of the discharge port; and a drive apparatus, used to drive the shutter sliding at the opening to adjust the length of the discharge port. The 3D printing head makes it possible to take both printing efficiency and printing accuracy into account.

    摘要: A head slider for supporting a head over a magnetic disk in a hard disk drive, and a method of making the head slider are disclosed. The tail section of the head slider has a deep write hole that may improve the altitude performance of the head slider by minimizing fly height variations at high altitudes (i.e., altitudes above 3000 m) or in low atmospheric pressure environments. The write hole prevents the fly height from changing. Additionally, the write hole limits the amount of lubricant that will flow over the ABS.
