摘要： An electronic module of an electric connector suitable for being electrically connected to a terminal set inside the electric connector is provided. A plurality of connection terminals is installed on the terminal set for electrically connecting other devices. The electronic module includes: a holder having an accommodating space, wherein a plurality of terminal channels is disposed around and communicated with the accommodating space; at least one electronic component, disposed in the accommodating space of the holder, and having at least one conductive lead extending outside the accommodating space; and a plurality of auxiliary terminals with each having a connection end and an insertion end disposed in the terminal channels, wherein the insertion ends correspondingly inserted into the terminal channels lead the conductive leads into the terminal channels, so as to electrically connect the conductive leads. In addition, the connection ends are electrically connected to the connection terminals.

摘要： An LGA connector is used to interconnect an LGA package and a printed circuit board. The LGA connector includes an elastomeric body with a plurality of through-holes. Metal films are formed on inner walls of through-holes and splay out around the mouths of their upper and lower openings. The metal films are formed by vacuum metallization, sputtering, chemical plating, electrical plating or PVD. The through-holes have a funnel-like shape to absorb external stresses and redirect the stress to shrink the through-hole diameters. Moreover, the metal films' elastic deformation is larger than conventional metal conductive fillers so as to improve reliability.

摘要： The present invention is a mobile device having an improved roller feel, comprising a hollow metal cylinder, a support and a plurality of terminals disposed firmly on the support. The hollow metal cylinder comprises a plurality of interference areas at an end of the hollow metal cylinder. The support comprises two braces. The terminals comprises a plurality of spring contacts, where the terminals are in contact with the inner surface of the hollow metal cylinder and at least one of the spring contacts stretches into the hollow metal cylinder in a depth not exceeding the scope of the interference areas. When rolling the hollow metal cylinder, the present invention makes the spring contacts create explicit and regular stress variations to produce a sense of feel. The interactions between the hollow metal cylinder and the spring contacts are enhanced and the sense of feel is more obvious; and the effect of durability is improved.

摘要： A land grid array includes a flat-plate connector plastic housing having a plurality of terminal grooves, and a plurality of terminals having a pair of contact points and disposed in the various terminal grooves, wherein the contact points serve as connecting structures between a circuit board and another circuit board, or between an integrated circuit and a circuit board. Each terminal is formed by bending an integral metal plate, and has a fixing portion, a flexible portion and a signal transmission portion. The terminal is capable of reducing overall stress, such that the signal transmission portion is easily deformed without leaving permanent deformation. Meanwhile, wiping motions by the contact points are performed between a circuit board and another circuit board, or between an integrated circuit and a circuit board for removing oxidized thin-films on contact surfaces involved.

The electrostatic receiving mechanism mainly includes a frame, a roller mechanism, and a supporting beam. The roller mechanism is assembled onto the frame and the frame and the roller mechanism may slide relative to each other along the guide rails of the frame, and the supporting beam is made of a metallic conductive material and electrically connected to the grounding circuit. The supporting beam has an extension arm extending towards and close to an outer edge of the roller mechanism, thereby forming an electrostatic receiving mechanism.
