摘要： A battery and a battery cover assembly thereof are provided. The battery cover assembly comprises a cover (1) having a through hole; an extraction electrode terminal (3); and an insulating seal member disposed between the cover and the extraction electrode terminal. The extraction electrode terminal (3), starting from its top, includes a columnar seal part (31), a position part (32) and a weld part (33) that are consecutively connected together, the columnar seal part (31) passing through the through hole of the cover and having a seal groove formed along a circumferential surface thereof, the position part (32) having a horizontally-oriented platform, and the weld part (33) having a sheet-like shape and being perpendicular to the horizontally-oriented platform of the position part.

摘要： A battery and a battery cover assembly thereof are provided. The battery spacer (2) comprises a first spacing plate (22) and a second spacing plate (22′) aligned with and spaced from each other in a longitudinal direction and a plurality of beams (211) parallel to and spaced from each other in a transverse direction. Each beam (211) is connected between the first and second spacing plates (22, 22) in the longitudinal direction and protrudes outwardly from a plane formed by back surfaces of the first and second spacing plates (22, 22). The beams (211) are configured to securely receive at least tabs of cell cores between neighboring beams (211). A battery protecting device and a power battery are provided as well.

摘要： An electrochemical storage cell is disclosed. The cell includes a core having a cathode sheet, an anode sheet, and a separator sheet. The core is located snuggly within a shell having an open end. An end cap assembly is provided to close the open end. A terminal in electrical communication with one of the cathode sheet and the anode sheet extends through the end cap from an interior portion of the electrochemical storage cell to an external portion thereof. A protection cover that generally conforms to the outermost portions of the end cap assembly is provided and includes a first cover half having a first mating structure and a second cover half having a second mating structure for engagement with the first mating structure. The first and second cover halves are adapted for assembly with one another about the terminal.

摘要： An electrochemical storage cell is disclosed that comprises a core and a rectangular shell that receives the core snugly therein. The rectangular shell has first and second open ends. A first end cap is used to close the first open end. An anode terminal extends through the first end cap from an interior portion of the electrochemical storage cell to an external portion thereof. A first gasket is secured within the rectangular shell between the first end cap and the core to resiliently hold the core away from the first end cap.
