摘要: An air supply system for supplying fresh air to at least one combustion chamber of an internal combustion engine may include a housing having a fresh air path and a lateral introduction opening. A charge-air cooler may be instertable into the housing via the introduction opening along an introduction direction. The charge-air cooler may be arranged in the housing and the fresh air path may extend through the charge air cooler. The charge air cooler may include an outer end region closing the introduction opening. The outer end region of the charge-air cooler may be secured to the housing.

摘要: A heat exchanger for transferring heat between a gaseous first fluid and a liquid second fluid may include a plurality of hollow pipes extending transversely through a first fluid path for conducting the first fluid. The plurality of pipes may be coupled externally to a plurality of cooling fins arranged in the first fluid path. The plurality of pipes may internally define a second fluid path for conducting the second fluid. The plurality of pipes and the plurality of cooling fins may be arranged stacked on one another in a stacking direction to define a cooler block. The cooler block may include two side parts extending along two outer sides of the cooler block facing away from one another in the stacking direction. At least one tension rod may fixedly connect the two side parts and be configured to transmit a tensile force in the stacking direction.

摘要: A heat exchanger for cooling of charge air for an internal combustion engine of a motor vehicle is provided. The heat exchanger has a preliminary stage, a main stage, and a compensating component. The preliminary stage has at least one preliminary stage fixed bearing base and a preliminary stage floating bearing base. The main stage has at least one main stage fixed bearing base and a main stage floating bearing base. In a heat transfer region of the main stage, at least one main stage channel for a main stage coolant is disposed. The compensating component is configured to compensate a position difference between corresponding components of the preliminary stage and the main stage, whereby the position difference is based on a thermally induced elongation difference between the at least one preliminary stage channel and the at least one main stage channel.

摘要: A heat accumulator for use in a motor vehicle having a heat accumulator container which can be integrated into the motor oil circuit, through which motor oil flows when the motor is running, and which is disconnected from the circuit when the motor is switched off. The oil pan of the motor, in particular the lower part of the oil pan, is provided as the heat accumulator container, and the oil pan is provided with heat-insulating container walls. Also, an element for increasing the heat capacity of the heat accumulator is provided.

摘要: An intercooler assembly may include a housing and a cooler arranged therein through which charge air may be flowable. The housing may include an insertion opening through which the cooler may be insertable into the housing in an insertion direction transverse to the flow direction of the charge air. The cooler may include a pipe structure through which a coolant may be flowable, first and second end parts opposite each other transverse to the insertion direction, and third and fourth end parts opposite each other transverse to the first and second end parts and parallel to the flow direction, the end parts laterally delimiting and mechanically connected to the pipe structure. The cooler may be mechanically connected to the housing by the first end part, and at least one of the other end parts may be movably attached to the housing. The cooler may be pre-stressed against the housing by the third and/or fourth end part in a direction opposite a deformation of the cooler resulting from cooling of the charge air.
