    摘要: A fresh air supply device for an internal combustion engine may include a suction module for conducting supercharged fresh air and a charge air cooler arranged in the suction module for cooling the supercharged fresh air. The suction module includes a housing with a charge air inlet for uncooled charge air and a charge air outlet for cooled charge air. The housing has a cooler shell, which may include the charge air inlet containing the charge air cooler and an assembly opening. With respect to a flow direction of the charge air the assembly opening may be arranged downstream of the charge air cooler and through which the charge air cooler is inserted into the cooler shell. The housing has a connecting shell, which includes the charge air outlet and which in the region of the assembly opening is attached to the cooler shell in an air-tight manner.

The respective preheating systems may have a preheating chamber and at least one heating element. A plurality of connection nozzles may each be connected to respective preheating systems. A fuel path may lead from the distributor unit through the respective preheating chambers to the respective injection nozzles of the plurality of preheating systems. The respective preheating systems may include a housing having an inlet and an outlet. The housing may be connected via a plug-in connection on the inlet to the distributor unit and via a plug-in connection on the outlet to the respective injection nozzle.

    摘要: A heat exchanger for transferring heat between a gaseous first fluid and a liquid second fluid may include a plurality of hollow pipes extending transversely through a first fluid path for conducting the first fluid. The plurality of pipes may be coupled externally to a plurality of cooling fins arranged in the first fluid path. The plurality of pipes may internally define a second fluid path for conducting the second fluid. The plurality of pipes and the plurality of cooling fins may be arranged stacked on one another in a stacking direction to define a cooler block. The cooler block may include two side parts extending along two outer sides of the cooler block facing away from one another in the stacking direction. At least one tension rod may fixedly connect the two side parts and be configured to transmit a tensile force in the stacking direction.

    摘要: An intercooler assembly may include a housing and a cooler arranged therein through which charge air may be flowable. The housing may include an insertion opening through which the cooler may be insertable into the housing in an insertion direction transverse to the flow direction of the charge air. The cooler may include a pipe structure through which a coolant may be flowable, first and second end parts opposite each other transverse to the insertion direction, and third and fourth end parts opposite each other transverse to the first and second end parts and parallel to the flow direction, the end parts laterally delimiting and mechanically connected to the pipe structure. The cooler may be mechanically connected to the housing by the first end part, and at least one of the other end parts may be movably attached to the housing. The cooler may be pre-stressed against the housing by the third and/or fourth end part in a direction opposite a deformation of the cooler resulting from cooling of the charge air.
