摘要: A distributed amplifier with a simple structure that permits miniaturization of circuit in which the input-side transmission line of the distributed amplifier is constituted by a coplanar line having a signal line and a ground face formed on the upper face of a dielectric substrate and the output-side transmission line of the distributed amplifier is constituted by a microstrip line having a signal line formed on the upper face of the dielectric substrate and a ground face formed on the lower face of the dielectric substrate. In addition, a plurality of amplification transistors is formed on the upper face of the dielectric substrate and each of the electrodes is connected to the signal line or the ground face that is formed on the upper face of the dielectric substrate. Because a large transistor-drive current does not flow to the input-side transmission line, the signal line can be made narrow and there is no increase in the required surface area even in the case of a coplanar line. Further, because the ground face of the coplanar line can be formed on the upper face of the dielectric substrate, the source electrodes or similar of the transistors can be grounded easily with a simple structure.

摘要: The CVD W deposition process is observed while changing the substrate temperature, with IR thermometer measurement. The temperature indicated changes with emissivity depending on the surface morphology and materials. As the response time of this measurement is short, it is possible to perform in situ observation of changing surface morphology. This is a valid method to evaluate the deposition process. On a silicon substrate, the indicated temperature increases rapidly as soon as the gas flow starts, i.e. as soon as tungsten is deposited on the substrate. The indicated temperature increases in two steps. One is for silicon reduction and the other is for hydrogen reduction. Furthermore, it is found that the start of deposition on insulators is delayed. This phenomenon is related to the selective deposition. The thickness of deposited tungsten films can on insulatars be estimated by measuring the delay time and the thickness of tungsten on silicon. The reaction process for silicon and hydrogen reduction is evaluated by this method. We found that within 10 seconds the silicon reduction was finished and the hydrogen reduction started. We also found that optimum silicon reduction enhances the selectivity.

摘要: A vehicle transmission can comprise a plurality of gears, and a shift cam coupled to the gears to at least partly control shifting of the gears. The shift cam comprise a plurality of grooves each with respective positions corresponding to gear speeds, and further including a neutral position, wherein the neutral position is below a position corresponding to a lowest gear speed in a view of at least a portion of the shift cam. A rotation angle of the shift cam between the neutral position and a lowest step corresponding to the lowest gear speed can be different from that between any adjacent shift steps, respectively corresponding to other gear speeds.

摘要: A shift actuator comprises a drive shaft and a housing that rotatably supports the drive shaft. A shift position detecting apparatus detects a rotational position of the drive shaft. The drive shaft is connected to a shift mechanism by an operating lever and a shift rod. The operating lever and the housing are respectively formed with a through hole and a bottomed hole. The drive shaft can be temporarily secured in rotational position by inserting a lever positioning pin into the through hole and the bottomed hole. When secured, the shift position detecting apparatus can be attached to the housing and a length of the shift rod can be adjusted.

摘要: A clutch actuator is provided to stabilize a state of clutch engagement. A rotating member is rotationally driven on a rotating shaft by a motor. A clutch operating member includes two ends. One end of the clutch operating member is pushed by a push force of a clutch spring and the other end is pivotally supported on the rotating member by a shaft. The clutch operating member disengages the clutch when moved in a direction against the force of the clutch spring. An auxiliary biasing mechanism also acts on the rotating member. One end of the auxiliary biasing member is supported on a vehicle side and the other end is pivotally supported on the rotating member by a shaft. The auxiliary biasing member can include a compressible coil spring. The rotating member rotates in a first direction to move the clutch operating member in a direction of clutch engagement. When the clutch is engaged, the combined torque on the rotating member, which is produced by forces asserted by the auxiliary biasing mechanism and the clutch operating member, bias the rotating member in the first direction.
