摘要:
A method includes generating a kinetic parameter value for a VOI in a functional image of a subject based on motion corrected projection data using an iterative algorithm, including determining a motion correction for projection data corresponding to the VOI based on the VOI, motion correcting the projection data corresponding to the VOI to generate the motion corrected projection data, and estimating the at least one kinetic parameter value based on the motion corrected projection data or image data generated with the motion corrected projection data. In another embodiment, a method includes registering functional image data indicative of tracer uptake in a scanned patient with image data from a different imaging modality, identifying a VOI in the image based on the registered images, generating at least one kinetic parameter for the VOI, and generating a feature vector including the at least one generated kinetic parameter and at least one bio- marker.

The invention relates to a wearable device arranged for enabling a bioelectrical interaction with an individual when being brought into contact with the individual's skin I, said device comprising electrodes 2 arranged to carry out said interaction by means of a first electrical signal, said electrodes comprise motion artifact detection means 4. The electrode assembly 1 comprises the electrode 2 arranged to carry out a bioelectrical interaction with the individual by means of measuring an electrical signal on the body of the individual I and/or applying an electrical signal to the body of the individual. In order to enable said bioelectrical interaction the electrode 2 is provided with an electrical cable 2a. According to the invention, the electrode 2 is arranged with a pressure sensor 4. The pressure sensor 4 is arranged to measure a normal force component of an external force applied to the electrode due to movement of the individual. Preferably the pressure sensor 4 is a force/pressure sensitive resistor or a capacitive pressure sensor. The pressure sensor is arranged to produce an electrical signal, referred to as the second signal, the magnitude of the second signal being proportional to the pressure load. The pressure sensor 4 is arranged with cables 4a, 4b for purposes of signal processing.

The present invention relates to a system (1) and method for detecting and predicting a syncope event. Furthermore the invention relates to a computer program (13) to be executed in a computer (5, 17), said computer (5, 17) being part of a system (1) for detecting and predicting a syncope event. It is an object of the present invention to provide a simple and reliable technique for detecting and predicting the occurrence of syncope events. This object is achieved according to the invention by a method of detecting and predicting a syncope event, the method comprising the steps of continuously obtaining (100) the pulse wave patterns (3) from the upper vascular system of the user (4), determining (101) from the pulse wave patterns (3) a measure (21) of the blood flow to the user's brain, and generating (103) an alarm signal (6), if the blood flow measure indicates the future occurrence of a syncope.

A monitoring device (21) arranged to measure a signal (S1) representative of a physiological condition of the individual by means of a suitably arranged sensor (22) and to automatically modify a contact pressure (P) of said sensor meeting real-time requirements. For this purpose the sensor (22) is supported by a piece of elastic material, the monitoring device further comprising an actuator (27) arranged to interact with the piece of elastic material upon receipt of a control signal (CS) from a control unit (25). The control unit (25) is arranged to analyze the signal (S1) from the sensor (22) and to decide on an alteration of the contact pressure (P). For this purpose the control means (25) comprises a logic unit (25a) arranged to carry out a suitable signal analysis. Preferably, the monitoring device (21) is arranged with a further sensor (23), a signal (S3) of which is also provided for analysis to the control unit (25).

The invention relates to a distress signaling system, a body area network for enabling a distress signaling, a method for signaling a condition of a distress and a vehicle arranged with the distress signaling system. The distress signaling system 10 according to the invention comprises monitoring means 11 arranged in a vehicle in order to monitor a vital sign of a seated passenger by means of a sensor 12 arranged to measure a signal representative to said sign. The monitoring means 11 are preferably arranged to perform a continuous monitoring of the vital sign of the passenger and are further arranged to provide a corresponding signal to the front-end electronics 20 of the system 10. The front-end electronics 20 is arranged to analyze the signal from the monitoring means 11. For that purpose the front-end electronics 20 comprises a data processing means 21 arranged to process the measured signal in order to yield data representative to a condition of the passenger. The data processing means 21 comprises a preamplifier 22, an analogue processing circuit 22 and an ADC unit 23. The data processing means 21 forwards the corresponding data to the data analysis means 25, arranged to analyze said data in order to yield a condition-related parameter. The determined condition-related parameter is written into a first look-up table 25a. The data analysis means 25 is further arranged to compare said condition-related parameter to a preset valid parameter stored in a second look-up table 25b. In case the data analysis means detects that the condition-related parameter exceeds a preset valid parameter, it generates a trigger signal to actuate the indicating means 26. The indicating means 26 receives the trigger signal and generate a suitable feedback to the passenger, preferably by means of a suitable user-interface 27. Additionally, the indicating means 26 can be arranged to control a vehicle control system 29, in order to alter a cabin environment, or to actuate an alarming means of the vehicle, like an acoustic alarm and/or the emergency lights and/or to actuate an engine of the vehicle.
