    摘要: An intake structure in a fuel cell powered vehicle including a fuel cell using air and hydrogen as fuels, a supercharger for compressing the outside air and outputting the compressed air, a humidifier for humidifying the air compressed by the supercharger, a bypass passage for connecting the supercharger and the fuel cell to each other, and a bypass valve for opening and closing the bypass passage. The bypass valve is disposed on the outside relative to a straight line T1 connecting between the supercharger and the humidifier, and is disposed in the vicinity of the supercharger and the humidifier. With this configuration supercooling of a humidifier can be prevented, while eliminating the need for a warming member for the humidifier. Further, the intake system members can be efficiently arranged in the vehicle, while suppressing the pressure loss in the intake system.

    摘要: A fuel cell powered vehicle includes radiators disposed on left and right sides on the skew rear side of a front wheel in relation to the vehicle body front-rear direction. A secondary battery is disposed between the left and right radiators. A thin plate-shaped inner cowl is disposed between the secondary battery and the front wheel. Duct mechanisms surrounding the radiators are provided on the left and right sides of the inner cowl and inside a cowling. Each duct mechanism includes introduction ports for a running airflow, and a discharge port that is fitted with variable-type louvers. A voltage converter unit is accommodated in a straddled part of the vehicle. Radiating fins of the voltage converter include plate-like members erected in the vehicle body front-rear direction that are directed toward the upper side of the vehicle body and are exposed to the exterior of the vehicle body.

The fuel cell generates electric power using hydrogen and air as reaction sources. The fuel tanks supply hydrogen to the fuel cell through a hydrogen supply path. The supercharger supplies air from the outside air to the fuel cell. Through the pipe line, an exhaust from the fuel cell is discharged to the outside. The in-wheel motor serves as a driving source of the fuel cell two-wheel vehicle, and the motor driver drives the in-wheel motor. In an air system, a route and an outlet of the pipe line are arranged to be directed toward the motor driver. Thus, a heat sink is exposed to the discharged air having passed through the fuel cell, and thereby the motor driver is cooled.
