摘要: A rotor (10) for a rotary electric machine has a plurality of magnetic poles (24) provided at intervals, in a circumferential direction, at the outer periphery of a rotor core (12). Each of the magnetic poles (24) has a first permanent magnet (26) buried in the center of the magnetic pole, and a pair of second permanent magnets (28) that are buried on both sides of the first permanent magnet (26) in the circumferential direction, and that are disposed such that a mutual spacing between the pair of the second permanent magnets (28) becomes narrower inward in the radial direction. A narrowest spacing between the pair of second permanent magnets (28) is set to be wider than a longitudinal-direction width of the first permanent magnet (26) in a magnetic path region (30) that is defined by the first permanent magnet (26) and the pair of second permanent magnets (28).

摘要: In a rotor for a rotary electric machine, a plurality of magnetic poles are provided in a radially outer portion of the rotor iron core, at intervals in the circumferential direction. Each magnetic pole includes a pair of permanent magnets disposed apart from each other in the circumferential direction, and a magnetic flux-restraining hole that is formed and extended radially inwardly between radially inner end portions of the permanent magnets and that restrains flow of magnetic flux. The magnetic flux-restraining hole is extended so as to project beyond a position of the radially inner end portions to a radially outer side, between the pair of permanent magnets.

摘要: A rotary electric machine configured with a stator, rotor, and permanent magnets disposed in an inverted V-shape that becomes gradually narrower from a side of a center of rotation of the rotor. The rotor is provided with a plurality of support portions that extend radially about the center of rotation, and gap portions are respectively formed in correspondence with the plurality of support portions at positions spaced by a predetermined distance from an edge portion of the permanent magnets in a flowing direction of magnetic flux between the permanent magnets and the stator. The gap portions are formed to have such a length that causes magnetic saturation during generation of low torque in a low-current state and that causes no magnetic saturation during generation of maximum torque in a high-current state in which electricity at a high current is supplied to the stator coil.

摘要: An electromobile includes a motor; an output torque cutting commanding circuit for commanding the cutting of the output torque of the motor responsive to detection of a predetermined condition; and output torque command calculator for calculating an output torque command corresponding to the speed and accelerator opening of the electromobile and changing its output torque command to a value for stopping the motor in response to a command from the output torque cutting commanding circuit. A motor driving circuit feeds a motor current to the motor in accordance with the output torque command which is calculated by the output torque command calculator; and an output torque cutting circuit, packaged in the motor driving circuit for cutting the output torque of the motor in direct response to the command of the torque cutting commanding circuit.

摘要: A test circuit first detects whether or not a relay unit is normal, and then examines an operation of leakage detecting circuit. This allows relay unit to interrupt an electric power supply path including power lines more securely if electrical leakage occurs in the electric power supply path. If welding in the contact of the relay unit is detected before starting charging of a power storage device included in an electrical device, a control device does not allow the charging of the power storage device, which can prevent a problem from occurring in the electrical device.
