摘要: A multifunctional electronic watch of the present invention displays data measured by a built-in atmospheric pressure sensor by means of a small atmospheric pressure pointer and an atmospheric pressure pointer. It is also capable of displaying a differential between the present atmospheric pressure and an atmospheric pressure three hours before by means of an atmospheric pressure tendency pointer. A dial ring attached around a clockface of the watch is formed with an atmospheric pressure scale, on the outer periphery of which is a rotation bezel formed with a height scale. The built-in sensor is accommodated in the watch so as not to project from the rotation bezel of the watch. Accordingly, an electronic watch which has additional functions of indicating environmental data such as atmospheric pressure without complicating the constitution can be realized.

摘要: A timepiece device mechanism for indicating the restart of pointer movements after recharging following a halt condition. The timepiece device includes a display for displaying time information wherein the display is driven by a display-drive. A termination-detector monitors the operation of the display and outputs a termination detection signal when detecting a halt of the display. A storage unit receives and holds the termination detection signal and outputs a termination-storage signal in response thereto. A power supply outputs a voltage and a power-supply-voltage detector detects the voltage-level output of the power supply and outputs a power-supply-voltage detection signal when the voltage is greater than or equal to a first reference voltage that is higher than a movement-start voltage. A modulation signal generator receives the termination storage signal and power-supply-voltage detection signal and outputs a modulation signal when the power-supply-voltage detection signal is output while the termination-storage signal is being input to the modulation-signal generator. The display-drive receives the modulation signal and performs modulated driving of the display in response thereto.

摘要: In charging a gate of a NMOS transistor Q1, the charging speed is adjustable by varying a resistor R1. When an inputted pulse signal VIN reverses to a negative voltage, a diode D2 turns off. Then, current flows along a discharging loop formed by the gate capacitor, the resistor R1, the emitter of the transistor Q2, the base of the transistor Q2, the resistor R2 and the capacitor C1, the transformer T1 and the source of the NMOS transistor Q1. A reverse bias voltage is applied to the gate of the NMOS transistor Q1, thereby keeping the NMOS transistor Q1off-state stably.

摘要: The present invention provides a semiconductor integrated circuit device and a non-contact type IC card and a portable information terminal which uses the semiconductor integrated circuit device. The semiconductor integrated circuit device includes antenna terminals LA, LB which are connected to an antenna L1, a power source circuit B5 which has a rectifier/smoothing circuit B1 which obtains a DC voltage by rectifying and smoothing an AC signal which is supplied to the antenna terminal from the antenna and a shunt regulator B6 and a series regulator B7 which stabilize the DC voltage, and an internal circuit B8 which is operated upon the supply of the DC voltage from the power source circuit. The series regulator operates and the shunt regulator stops in a stage that a signal is transmitted to a reader/writer. The shunt regulator operates and the series regulator stops in a stage other than the stage that the signal is transmitted to the reader/writer.
