摘要： The disclosed composite fabric, useful as a substratum for artificial leather, comprises a woven or knitted frabic and at least one non-woven fabric firmly bonded to the woven or knitted fabric, and is produced by providing a precursory sheet with two or more layers from a woven or knitted fabric and one or more fibrous webs which consist of numerous extremely fine fibers having an average diameter of from 0.1 to 6.0 microns, and uniformly impacting the fibrous web surface of the precursory sheet with numerous fluid jets ejected under a high pressure of from 15 to 100 kg/cm.sup.2, at a ratio of a total impact area of the fluid jets on the precursory sheet surface to an area of the precursory sheet surface to be impacted of at least 1.5, in order to allow the extremely fine fibers in the fibrous web to randomly entangle with each other and also to allow a portion of the extremely fine fibers to penetrate into the inside of the woven or knitted fabric and entangle with a portion of the fibers in the woven or knitted fabric.

摘要： A nonwoven fabric having a weight per unit area of 5 g/m.sup.2 to 500 g/m.sup.2 composed of a polyallyene sulfide fiber having a mean fiber diameter of 0.1 .mu.m to 8.0 .mu.m is provided. The nonwoven fabric of extra fine polyallylene sulfide fibers has superior heat resistance, wet heat resistance, resistance to chemicals and fire retardant properties, suitable for various filter applications.

摘要： A multilayer composite sheet useful as a substrate for artificial leather, comprises at least three fibrous layers, namely, a superficial layer (A) consisting of a spun-laid web composed of extremely fine fibers having an average denier of 0.5 or less and three-dimensionally entangled with each other; and intermediate layer (B) consisting of a web of staple fibers having a length of 50 mm or less and entangled together; and a base layer (C) consisting of a woven or knitted fabric, the above-mentioned three fibrous layers being superimposed on each other and combined together in such a manner that a portion of the fibers in each layer penetrates into the adjacent layers and becomes entangled three-dimensionally with the fibers in the adjacent layers.

摘要： A composite fabric useful as a substratam sheet for artificial leather is composed of a woven or knitted fabric constituent and at least one non-woven fabric constituent consisting of numerous fibrous bundles composed of a plurality of individual fibers arranged parallel to each other, and varying in the number of the individual fibers from which the bundles are formed, and numerous individual fibers independent from each other and from the fibrous bundles, the individual fibers and the fibrous bundles being randomly distributed and entangled with each other to form a body of non-woven fabric, and the non-woven fabric constituent and woven or knitted fabric constituent being superimposed and bonded together, to form a body of composite fabric, in such a manner that portions of the individual fibers and the fibrous bundles of the non-woven fabric constituent penetrate into the inside of the woven or knitted fabric and are entangled with a portion of fibers in the woven or knitted fabric constituent.

摘要： Provided is a high strength wet-laid nonwoven fabric having strength, i.e., tensile strength, tear strength and interlayer peeling strength, similar to those of a filament nonwoven fabric, and a uniformity similar to that of a conventional wet-laid nonwoven fabric. This nonwoven fabric is made of a fiber having a fiber diameter of from 7 .mu.m to 25 .mu.m and a ratio L/D of from 0.8.times.10.sup.3 to 2.0.times.10.sup.3 and is produced by entangling the fibers in a sheet made by a paper making machine by using a columnar water stream.

摘要： The present invention provides a solid electrolyte type of fuel cell of a planar type structure comprising a plurality of solid electrolyte plates, each being in the form of a flat plate and having a porous cathodic layer on one side and a porous anodic layer on the other side, which are laminated together through an interconnector plate provided in both its sides with grooves defining gas passages, wherein oxidizing agent and fuel gases are fed through said passages to the cathodic and anodic sides, thereby reducing the length of a current path running through regions of high resistance, increasing the degree of integration and improving reliability. By using heat-resistant parts for the interconnectors, cathodes and anodes, it is also possible to improve the resistance to oxidation and reduction as well as durability and obtain low resistance. it is further possible to obtain a fuel cell having satisfactory properties and capable of standing up to use over an extended period of time by using solid electrolyte for fuel cells which is obtained by sintering Y.sub.2 O.sub.3 -containing partially stabilized zirconia added with 5 to 20 % of alumina, has low resistance and high mechanical strength and is stable.

摘要： A non-woven fabric usable as a substratum sheet for artificial leather having a relatively high flexural rigidity is prepared by a process in hich fibrous bundles, each consisting of a plurality of extremely fine filaments or fibers having a denier of 0.005 to 0.5, is provided while allowing the filaments or fibers to spontaneously adhere to each other without using an adhesive, the fibrous bundles are massed into the form of sheet or web, and the sheet or web is then subjected to a non-woven fabric forming operation in which the fibrous bundles are entangled with each other.
