摘要: Described herein is a filter paper for the production of an aqueous extract, comprising softwood pulp, which has the following properties: a basis weight of more than 9.0 g/m2 and less than 13.5 g/m2, a density of more than 280 kg/m3 and less than 350 kg/m3, a roughness of more than 700 ml/min and less than 1300 ml/min, a bending resistance in the machine direction of more than 50 mN and less than 75 mN, and an air permeability of more than 17000 cm/(min·kPa) and less than 26000 cm/(min·kPa), wherein the filter paper is either free from abacá fibers and sisal fibers or, if abacá fibers and/or sisal fibers are present, taken together they make up less than 20% of the paper mass.

摘要: The present invention addresses the problem of providing: a filter in which a liquid having phenol filtration capability is prevented from leaking out even after prolonged storage; and a flavor inhalation article equipped with said filter. The problem is solved by a filter that is for a flavor inhalation article, and that has a filtering medium including a biodegradable material, and a paper roll wound around the filtering medium. The filtering medium contains a liquid having a phenol filtration capability. A surface of the roll paper where a contact is made with the filtering medium is made of a layer exhibiting liquid-repellent properties with respect to said liquid.

摘要: An object of the present disclosure is to provide a filter medium for air filters that has a high PF value and high water repellency in addition to stiffness and strength that are practically sufficient, and to provide the filter medium with an easy production method. The filter medium, composed of a wet-laid nonwoven fabric including a glass fiber, for air filters according to the present disclosure includes a cationic binder resin, a fluororesin, and a cationic surfactant, and the solid content mass ratio of the fluororesin to the cationic surfactant is within a range of 30/70 to 80/20.

摘要: A method for making air purifying paper goods uses wood chips and an air purification compound. The air purification compound is preferably a zeolite compound used to extract VOCs from an environment. The method begins by processing the wood chips into a raw pulp slurry with a pulping system. The method continues by separating organic fibers from lignin compounds in the raw pulp slurry with a processing system. The method continues by mixing the air-purification compound into the organic fibers to form a paperboard pulp mix with a mixing system. The mixing system is capable of incorporating the air purification compound into the organic fibers at any point during any secondary processing operation required to transition the organic fibers into the paperboard pulp mix. The method continues by manufacturing at least one paper good from the paperboard pulp mix with a manufacturing system.

摘要: The prevent invention addresses the problem of providing a multilayer filter medium for a filter having low pressure loss and high collection efficiency, a method for producing the same, and an air filter not only having low pressure loss and high collection efficiency but also being excellent in pleatability and wind-pressure deformation resistance. The multilayer filter medium for a filter as a means for resolution is obtained by laminating a wet-laid nonwoven fabric layer (2) on a wet-laid nonwoven fabric layer (1). The wet-laid nonwoven fabric layer (1) includes a nanofiber A having a single-fiber diameter within a range of 200 to 800 nm and a fiber length within a range of 0.4 to 0.7 mm, a fiber B having a greater single-fiber diameter than the nanofiber A, and a binder fiber C. The wet-laid nonwoven fabric layer (2) includes a nanofiber A having a single-fiber diameter within a range of 200 to 800 nm and a fiber length within a range of 0.4 to 0.7 mm, a fiber B having a greater single-fiber diameter than the nanofiber A, and a binder fiber C, the weight proportion of the nanofiber fiber A being greater than in the wet-laid nonwoven fabric layer (1).
