    摘要: A heat-sensitive transfer recording method comprises superposing a heat-sensitive transfer material having a heat-transferable ink layer on a supporting member onto a medium for recording and heating said heat-transferable ink layer according to a pattern to thereby form a transfer recorded image on said medium for recording, wherein said heat-transferable ink layer comprises a layer containing fine particles of a heat-fusible resin and said heat-sensitive transfer material after heating is separated from said medium for recording within the time from when the strength of the film formed by fusion of the fine particles of the heat-fusible resin at said pattern heated portion begins to surpass that before heating until initiation of fusion of fine particles of the heat-fusible resin around the pattern heated portion by thermal diffusion to around the pattern heated portion.

    摘要: A thermal transfer recording and correction method, in which a thermal transfer ink layer is placed in contact with a transfer-receiving medium and is heated by heat generating elements of a thermal head in a pattern corresponding to a recording signal, is improved by preheating the ink layer. The ink layer, which is characterized by a transfer initiation temperature, is preheated by the thermal head which is heated by a preheating means. When a region of the ink layer is then further heated by the heat generating elements, the temperature of that region has a maximum and a minimum both within a range extending from the transfer initiation temperature to about 40.degree. C. higher than the transfer initiation temperature. Since the maximum and minimum temperatures are within a suppressed temperature range, an erroneous image can be more easily peeled off the transfer-receiving medium.

    摘要: A heat-sensitive transfer material capable of giving transferred images of good printed letter quality even on a recording medium with poor surface smoothness, is provided by forming, on a support, a heat transfer layer comprising a micro-network porous resin structure of a thermoplastic resin and a heat-fusible gel ink contained in the micropores of the porous resin structure. The heat-fusible gel ink comprises a colorant, an oil incompatible with the thermoplastic resin and a gelation agent for the oil.
