Refractive index na of the base material layer 21, refractive index nb of the undercoat layer 22 and refractive index nc of the resin layer 23 satisfy the relationship of na≦nb≦nc or na≧nb≧nc (provided that na≠nc). The difference between the refractive index na of the base material layer 21 and the refractive index nb of the resin layer 23 is 0.5 or smaller. Since the difference of refractive indexes of adjacent layers is low, interference unevenness can be suppressed and image sharpness can be maintained.

Preferably, the resin layer has a surface roughness of 0.2 to 2.0 μm in terms of the ten point mean roughness Rz (JIS-B 0601:1994). The resin layer preferably contains an ionizing radiation curable resin and a matting agent, more preferably, two kinds of matting agents having different average particle diameters. On the fingerprint easily erasable film having such a configuration, ingredients of fingerprint are unlikely to adhere, and even if ingredients of fingerprint adhere, the ingredients of fingerprint can be removed substantially completely or to such a degree that they cannot be visually observed by wiping with cloth or the like.

The hard coat film 1 of the present invention shows a contact angle for water of 110 degrees or smaller and a contact angle for camellia oil of 50 degrees or smaller. According to the present invention, even if fingerprints are adhered to the hard coat film 1, these fingerprints are inconspicuous. The hard coat film 1 of the present invention preferably shows a contact angle for water of 50 degrees or larger and a wet tension of 27 to 45 mN/m. With these characteristics, in addition to inconspicuousness of fingerprints, wiping-off property for fingerprints is improved.

The antistatic hard coat film of the present invention comprises an antistatic hard coat layer formed from an ionizing radiation curable resin, a pigment and a polymer antistatic agent having an organopolysiloxane unit and a quaternary ammonium salt unit, and the hard coat layer contains 1 to 5% by weight of the pigment. Weight ratio of the ionizing radiation curable resin and the polymer antistatic agent is preferably 6:4 to 5:5.
