    摘要: A fuel injection valve has a flat injection hole plate arranged downstream of a valve seat on which a valve body is seated. A plurality of injection holes are formed through the injection hole plate in such a manner that the injection holes are inclined with respect to the axis of the valve body, to thereby increase the distance from the axis of the valve body in the downstream direction. The diameter of the injection hole is from 0.17 to 0.35 mm, and the chamfer dimension R at the inlet of the injection hole on the inlet side of the injection hole plate at the side close to the axis of the valve body, is greater than or equal to 0.1 mm. Accordingly, the flow reistance on the fuel flowing into the injection hole can be reduced, to thus prevent a vaporization of fuel due to a vacuum evaporation. With such a construction, even when the fuel injection valve is disposed in a vacuum box maintained in a vacuum atmosphere and an inspection for vacuum characteristics performed by injecting fuel, a variation of the flow rate can be maintained with good characteristics under a small flow rate variation rate and therefore, the production yield of the fuel injection valve can be improved.

Then, a scale factor included in the frame is extracted and an evaluation function is calculated based on the scale factor. If the value of the evaluation function is larger than a prescribed threshold value, the speed of the frame is converted. If the value of the evaluation function is smaller than the prescribed threshold value, the frame is judged to be a frame in a silent section and neglected. The speed conversion is made by thinning out frames or repeating the same frame as many times as required according to prescribed rules.

    摘要: A fuel cell which can self-heat in a short time, in which no reaction gas is necessary for combustion, thereby improving the starting performance at low temperatures. The fuel cell comprises a cell structure in which an anode and a cathode are provided on either side of a solid polymer electrolyte membrane. This cell structure has a power generation plane and at least a part of the generation plane is defined as a local generation area so as to locally generate power. The fuel cell may include a pair of separators between which the cell structure is placed, and a reaction gas passage may be formed between the cell structure and each separator. One of a system for supplying a reaction gas to only a part of the reaction gas passage, and a system for supplying a reaction gas to the entire reaction gas passage is switchably selected.

    摘要: A fuel injection valve has: a tubular body, a valve seat member, a valve body, a core tube, a bias spring, and an electromagnetic actuator. The core tube is press fitted into the tubular body. The core tube has a first end side opposing an absorption section of the valve body in such a manner as to form an axial gap interposed between the first end side of the core tube and the absorption section. The core tube has a second end side axially extending in the tubular body to a certain position on a way to the second end side of the tubular body. The axially extending second end side of the core tube has an outer periphery which is formed with a reduced diameter section for increasing an accuracy in positioning the core tube when the core tube is press fitted into the tubular body.
