摘要: A touch panel system in which power consumption is reduced and detection sensitivity is enhanced, a controller for the touch panel system, and a method of operating the system. Touch panel system includes status detecting portion having status signal generating portions generating a status signal indicative of a close status of an indicator, a position calculating portion processing the status signal, thereby calculating a position of the indicator on a detecting surface, and a region setting portion for updating an effective region set in the detecting surface P based on the position of the indicator which is calculated by the position calculating portion. A first operation causes the status signal generating portions SL and DL to selectively generate a status signal and a second operation causes the position calculating portion to selectively process the status signals generated by the status signal generating portions SL and DL.

摘要: Fluid containing organic substances, which has not processed yet, is fed to a plurality of cylinders, using a slurry pump. A free piston is included in each cylinder, the fluid which has not yet been processed is introduced into one of two chambers in the cylinder partitioned by the piston, and processed high-pressure fluid which has been processed is introduced into the other one of the two chamber in the cylinder. The piston pressurizes the fluid with which the cylinder has been filled up. A pressure holding valve is provided in a processed high-pressure fluid system to pressurize an organic substance processing system, and this pressure holding valve suppresses changes in the pressure in the processed high-pressure fluid system. By changing the timing of feeding the fluid before processing into each cylinder, it becomes possible to unbrokenly perform the filling-up of each cylinder with the fluid to be processed, the pressurizing of the fluid to be processed in each cylinder, and the feeding of the pressurized fluid to a reactor. Thus, stable continuous processing of the fluid to be processed can be realized.

摘要: A light-sensitive image-forming material which has on a support a coloring layer comprising a coloring agent and an alkali soluble organic macromolecular binder, and a photopolymer layer, in the order listed, with the coloring layer further containing a particular fluorine-containing surface active agent, whereby uniform film thickness is ensured to the coloring layer even when drying is carried out in a short time using simple equipment. The fluorine-containing surface active agent is a copolymer comprising as repeating units (1) an acrylate or a methacrylate which has a fluorinated alphatic group containing from 3 to 20 carbon atoms and not less than 40 wt % of fluorine atoms, with the aliphatic group having a terminal moiety containing at least 3 fluorinated carbon atoms, and (2) a poly(oxyalkylene)acrylate or a poly(oxyalkylene)methacrylate. In addition, the portion of the fluorinated aliphatic group-containing acrylate or methacrylate repeating unit is from 10 to 70% by weight.

摘要: A light-sensitive printing plate precursor is disclosed. The printing plate precursor is comprised of an aluminum support base having provided on a grained and anodized surface. The surface is coated with a layer which is comprised of a positive working light-sensitive composition and an oxonol dye. The printing plate has high printing durability, high water retention ability and high color stain resistance. When used the plate precursor provides an image having high contrast. The plate precursor forms less color stain than conventional plates whether used with a fresh developing solution or a fatigued developing solution. The plate precursor does not result in causing uneven development when using manual development methods.

摘要: A detector for a modulated AM stereophonic signal of simple configuration in which the sub signal of the stereophonic signal is detected accurately independent of fluctuations in the frequency of the carrier signal. In the detector circuit, the output phase of a VCO in a PLL circuit which is fed with an amplitude limited signal corresponding to the output of an IF amplifier in the receiver is controlled by a variable phase shifter that performs phase shifting according to a control voltage. The phase-controlled output is used as a synchronous detection signal for sub signal detection. The control voltage is produced to correspond to the phase difference between the phase-controlled signal and the carrier signal of the received AM stereophonic signal.
