    摘要: A pipe joint for the refrigeration cycle is disclosed. A female joint (20) has a fitting recess (24), and a male join (10) has a fitting protrusion (14) and a stepped portion (13). In the male joint (10) and the female joint (20), a backup ring (30) and an O-ring (31) are fitted adjacently to each other in the stepped portion. The fitting protrusion (14), the backup ring (30) and the O-ring (31) are fitted in a fitting recess (24). The O-ring (31) is formed of an elastic material having a high blister resistance to carbon dioxide refrigerant. The backup ring (30) is formed of a resin material having a smaller permeability coefficient than the O-ring (31) against the carbon dioxide refrigerant and plastically deformable under the pressure of the refrigerant imposed on the O-ring (31). The refrigerant leakage amount can thus be minimized.

    摘要: In a refrigerating cycle, a heat radiation of a gas cooler is reduced by a heat radiation reduction member when one of a pressure and a temperature of a high pressure side refrigerant is equal to or less than a predetermined value. When a discharge pressure of the refrigerant discharged from a compressor is equal to or lower than the predetermined level, the heat radiation of the gas cooler is reduced by the heat radiation reduction member. Thus, the refrigerant pressure of the high pressure side is increased while the refrigerant pressure of a low pressure side is decreased. With this, a flow rate at a high pressure inlet of an ejector is increased. Also, a flow rate at a low pressure inlet of the ejector is increased. Accordingly, a temperature of air blown from an evaporator is decreased without frosting the evaporator even when a load of the cycle is low.

    摘要: The front end portion of a fitting projection from the portion on which a backup ring is mounted to the front end, has a diameter smaller than the inner diameter of the backup ring. The backup ring is endless in the circumferential direction thereof. A bias cut of the backup ring is not required when the backup ring is fitted on the fitting projection and, accordingly, the endless backup ring which continuously extends in a circumferential direction can be used. Therefore, the backup ring can also function as a sealing member and, thus, the refrigeration cycle pipe joint having the excellent refrigerant sealing property can be obtained. Consequently, a necessary amount of a refrigerant can be reduced because the amount of a refrigerant which permeates to the atmosphere is reduced, and the size of a receiver or an accumulator, having a refrigerant storing function, can be reduced.

    摘要: A refrigerant cycle includes an ejector having a throttle changeable nozzle. In the refrigerant cycle, a control valve having a needle valve controls a pressure of a middle-pressure refrigerant in a bypass passage, and a pilot valve controls a throttle opening degree of the nozzle in accordance with a pressure difference between the pressure of the middle-pressure refrigerant in the bypass passage and the refrigerant pressure in a high-pressure refrigerant inlet port of the ejector. When an opening degree of the needle valve is changed in accordance with a load variation or a load state, the pressure of the middle-pressure refrigerant in the bypass passage is changed. Accordingly, the moving position of the pilot valve is controlled, and the throttle opening degree of the nozzle is controlled.

On the other hand, in the event that the coolant temperature TW1 of the primary hot water circuit becomes higher than the coolant temperature TW2 of the secondary hot water circuit 13, the opening and closing valve 26 is opened, whereas the opening and closing valve 23 is closed, so that a state is created in which the hot water circuits 11, 13 are connected to each other.
