    Abstract: This disclosure is directed to techniques for identifying a medical condition, such as an infection and/or a disease, from sensor data indicative of physiological parameters. In some examples, one example technique for identifying the medical condition includes process sensor data comprising data indicative of a plurality of physiological parameters for a patient comprising an impedance parameter, computing an index based upon values corresponding to at least two of the physiological parameters and based upon a comparison between the index and prediction criterion, generating, for display, output data corresponding to the comparison results, wherein the output data indicates a prediction of the medical condition in the patient if the comparison results indicate satisfaction of the prediction criterion.

    Abstract: In some examples, a medical system includes a medical device. The medical device may include a housing configured to be implanted in a target site of a patient, a light emitter configured to emit a signal configured to cause a fluorescent marker to emit a fluoresced signal into the target site, and a light detector that may be configured to detect the fluoresced signal. The medical system may include processing circuitry configured to determine a characteristic of the fluorescent marker based on the emitted signal and the fluoresced signal. The characteristic of the fluorescent marker may be indicative of a presence of a compound in the patient, and the processing circuitry may be configured to track the presence of the compound of the patient based on the characteristic of the fluorescent marker.

    Abstract: A system comprising at least one implanted sensor device comprising one or more continuous sensors to detect a first modular set of biometrics of a subject. A system includes a computing device that receives the first modular set of biometrics over a period of time and receives a second modular set of biometrics for the subject. The computing device selectively serves a graphical user interface configured to present one or more of the first modular set and second modular set of biometrics and normalizes at least a portion of the first modular set and second modular set of biometrics over a period of time. The device generates a score indicative of a state of a biological system of the subject corresponding to a portion of biometrics of the first modular set and second modular set of biometrics and causes the score to be displayed via an electronic device.
