摘要: The invention is related to different embodiments of a kit for the simultaneous qualitative and/or quantitative determination of a multitude of analytes comprising a sensor platform comprising an optical thin-film waveguide with a layer (a) transparent at least at an excitation wavelength on a layer (b) with lower refractive index than layer (a), also transparent at least at said excitation wavelength, and at least one grating structure (c) modulated in said layer (a), for the incoupling of said excitation light into layer (a), at least one array of biological or biochemical or synthetic recognition elements immobilized in discrete measurement areas (d) directly or by means of an adhesion-promoting layer on layer (a), for specific recognition and/or binding of said analytes and/or for specific interaction with said analytes, means for laterally resolved referencing of the excitation light intensity available in the measurement areas, and optionally means for the calibration of one or more luminescences generated in the near-field of layer (a) as a consequence of the binding of one or more analytes or of the specific interaction with one or more analytes, wherein a liquid sample to be analyzed for said analytes is brought into contact with said measurement areas on said sensor platform either directly or after mixture with further reagents. The invention is also related to analytical systems based on a kit according to the invention and to methods for the determination of one or more analytes, based on said kit, and to use thereof.

摘要: A one- or two-dimensional arrangement of flow cells is provided, as part of an array of sample compartments, with at least one inlet and outlet for each sample compartment, formed by a base plate and a body, with an arrangement of spatial recesses corresponding to the (geometrical) arrangement of the sample compartments, combined with the base plate. The arrangement allows for supplying to or removing from the sample compartments, which can be arranged at a high quantity on a small base area, even very small amounts of samples or reagents. An arrangement of one or more sample compartments includes a base plate and a body combined with the base plate in such a way that one or more recesses for generation of one or more flow cells fluidically sealed against one another, each with at least one inlet and one outlet, are formed between the base plate and the body, wherein at least one outlet of each flow cell is joined with a reservoir fluidically connected with the flow cell, the reservoir being operable to receive liquid exiting the flow cell, besides methods for its manufacturing and their use.

摘要: The invention relates to a method for precipitating mono or multiple layers of organophosphoric acids of the general formula I (A) Y—B—OPO3H2 (IA) or of organophosphonic acids of the general formula I (B) Y—B—PO3H2 (IB) and the salts thereof, wherein B is an alkyl, alkenyl, alkinyl, aryl, aralkyl, hetaryl or hetarylalkyl residue and Y is hydrogen or a functional group from the hydroxy, carboxy, amino, optionally low-alkyl-substituted mono or dialkylamino series, thiol, or a negative acid group from the ester, phosphate, phosphonate, sulfate, sulfonate, maleimide, succinimydyl, epoxy, acrylate series, wherein a biological, biochemical or synthetic indicator element may be coupled to B or Y by addition or substitution reaction, wherein compounds may also be added conferring the substrate surface a resistance to protein adsorption and/or to cell adhesion and in the B chain may optionally be comprised one or more ethylene oxide groups, rather than one or more —CH2- groups. According to the invention, said precipitation occurs on substrate surfaces of pure or mixed oxides, nitrides or carbides of metals and semiconductors, comprising the use of water-soluble salts of a compound of formula (IA) or (IB) for the treatment of these surfaces, in particular as surfaces of sensor platforms, implants and medical accessory devices. The invention also relates to the use thereof as part of coated sensor platforms, implants and medical accessory devices in addition to new organophosphoric acids and organophosphonic acids themselves.The optionally substituted compounds of formulae (IA) and (IB) wherein the B and Y groups have the above-mentioned designations, i.e. optionally substituted alkyl, alkenyl, alkinyl, aryl, aralkyl, hetaryl or hetaryl, are hereinafter referred to as organophosphoric acids and organophosphonic acids.
