    摘要： A communication appliance with a desktop unit and a secondary unit. The desktop unit includes an outer casing, bottom feet, openings in the outer casing for control elements, a plurality of heat-producing electronic components and at least one speaker. The bottom feet extend from a bottom of the outer casing and support the outer casing on a surface such that the bottom of the outer casing is spaced from the surface. The control elements are used for operating the communication appliance. The outer casing includes a plurality of cooling slots for cooling electronic components found in the interior of the communication appliance so that a fan or other external device is not needed.

    摘要： In one embodiment, a method is provided for routing calls within an automatic contact distribution system comprising assessing at least two evaluators programmed to collect information about identified sets of attributes associated with a call. The system then initiates the collection of information to enable the evaluators to assign a value to those attributed for which information exists. A comparison is then performed of the values assigned to the attributes in each evaluator. The call is then routed to the agent selected by the comparison.

    摘要： An integrated pin and clip for securing vehicle trailer components. The integrated pin and clip includes a shaft member and a clip member. The clip member is movable between a locked and an unlocked position. The unlocked position allows for the integrated pin and clip to be inserted and withdrawn from a receiving aperture in a vehicle trailer component, such as a receiver. The locked position does not allow the integrated pin and clip to be inserted and withdrawn from the aperture. The integrated pin and clip also includes retention means that secures the clip in either the locked position or the unlocked position.

    摘要： A sample collection container for use in receiving samples for analysis and testing of fluids from a sample valve forming part of a chemical process line. The container includes a closure element which selectively engages the sample valve during collection and provides means for protecting the user handling the sample container after disengagement from the sample valve from spillage.     摘要： A footwear base (320) and a structurally designed footwear bracing system (340) including a footwear base is provided. The footwear bracing system reduces the likelihood of ankle injuries when incorporated in a variety of footwear. The footwear bracing system permits the production of a very high structurally designed footwear base (320) by coupling it to and working in unison with a simple articulated but structurally designed support system (340). Very large forces can exist with this footwear and moderate but very injurious forces can be experienced in many types of footwear and these forces cannot be controlled by the ankle alone. Using the principles of the present invention these forces can be transferred to and resisted by the lower leg. The support system controls the forces generated by the footwear height or ground unevenness and relieves the ankle of this task. The support structure enables articulation of the ankle joint and therefore allows the wearer to move in a normal manner safely and with ease.
