摘要: Using a cutting device (10) including a rotor (11) with a principal plane, a spindle (13) provided in a normal direction to the principal plane and at least one impacting body (100) mounted on the spindle rotatably, in which the impacting body is mounted so that a predetermined fitting gap is provided between the impacting body and the spindle and a part of a periphery of the impacting body can be positioned beyond a periphery of the rotor, the rotor is rotated at a high speed so as to allow the impacting body to impact on at least a heat exchanger of an air conditioner at least at a critical impact velocity. The heat exchanger is cut while a top layer of an impact portion being smashed. It is possible to disassemble an air conditioner efficiently using a cutting device having a simple configuration and a long lifetime.

摘要: It is an object of the invention to present a disassembling method and disassembling apparatus for disassembling easily an electronic appliance having a housing, and electronic components such as cathode-ray tube accommodated in the housing, classifying without mixing of impurities, and recycling at low cost by automating. An electronic appliance having a housing, a cathode-ray tube, and plural electronic components is put on a conveying pallet, and it is transferred by a conveyor. The conveyed electronic appliance is put on a tiltable work bench, a back plate of the housing is removed, and an opening is formed. Blowing a high pressure air shower to the opening, dust deposits on the electronic components are removed and cleaned. Moreover, other side of the housing is processed into a U-form by end mill, and a further opening is formed, and the cathode-ray tube is taken out through this further opening. The metal band of the dismounted cathode-ray tube is heated by high frequency induction, and the metal band is removed. The adhesive applied on the cathode-ray tube is removed by using a rotary brush having metal wires. Still more, judging whether a safety panel is installed at the front side of the cathode-ray tube or not by using distance sensors, the safety panel is classified. Such disassembling process is executed by using an automated disassembling apparatus.

摘要: A vehicular use power feed apparatus comprising a battery and a plurality of power distribution units connected in a loop via power feed lines. Each power distribution unit has a current monitoring circuit, a current amount determination circuit, and a current direction determination circuit, detects the direction of current and magnitude of current flowing through the power feed line, and thereby detects an occurrence of a short-circuit. A control unit exchanges information regarding occurrence of short-circuits with adjoining power distribution units via a multiplex signal transmission unit so as to pinpoint the trouble point. The control unit operates the relay switch circuits on the two sides to break the connection so as to isolate the trouble point in cooperation with the control unit of the adjoining power distribution unit. The other relay switch circuit is operated to establish a connection so as to establish a new power feed line.
