摘要： A photopolymerizable composition comprising (A) an addition-polymerizable unsaturated compound having two or more ethylenically unsaturated double bonds and (B) a ternary photopolymerization initiator system, comprising a combination of a 4,4'-bis(dialkylamino)benzophenone represented by the following general formula (I), a carbonyl compound represented by the following general formula (IIa) or (IIb), and a compound having a group represented by the following general formula (III): ##STR1## wherein each R, which may be the same or different, represents an alkyl group, a cycloalkyl group or a hydroxyalkyl group, or may be bonded to another R substituent of the same nitrogen atom to form a tetramethylene group, a pentamethylene group or an oxybisethylene group; ##STR2## wherein X represents a single bond, an oxygen atom, a sulfur atom, a substituted or unsubstituted nitrogen atom or a carbonyl group, R.sup.1 and R.sup.2, which may be the same or different, each represents an alkyl group, an alkoxy group, a carboxy group, an alkoxycarbonyl group, an aryloxycarbonyl group, or a halogen atom, and m and n each represents an integer of 0 to 3; ##STR3## wherein R.sup.3 and R.sup.4, which may be the same or different, each represents an alkyl group, an alkoxy group, a carboxy group, an alkoxycarbonyl group, an aryloxycarbonyl group, a cyano group or a halogen atom, p represents an integer of 0 to 5, and q represents an integer of 0 to 4; and--CY.sub.3 (III)wherein Y represents a halogen atom.

摘要： A photopolymerizable composition is described, comprising an addition polymerizable unsaturated compound having at least two ethylenically unsaturated double bonds in the molecule, a photopolymerzation initiator, and a binder, said binder being a copolymer composed of at least one recurring unit of group (A), at least one recurring unit of group (B), and at least can recurring unit of group (C), and having a weight average molecular weight of 5,000 to 5,000,000, wherein(A) is a methacrylate or benzyl methacrylate unit having a glass transition point of the homopolymer of higher than 50.degree. C. and having an alkyl group having from 3 to 10 carbon atoms,(B) is an acrylate unit having a glass transition point of the homopolymer of lower than 110.degree. C. and having an alkyl group having from 1 to 6 carbon atoms, and(C) is an .alpha.,.beta.-ethylenically unsaturated carboxylic acid unit, and whereinthe content of the component of group (A) is from 5 to 70 mol %, the content of the component of group (B) is from 5 to 70 mol %, and the content of the component of group (C) is from 20 to 60 mol %, provided that the total content of the components of groups (A), (B) and (C) is 100 mol %.

摘要： A photopolymerizable composition which comprises as main ingredients (1) a non-gaseous ethylenic unsaturated compound which has at least two ethylenic unsaturated groups and forms a polymer by the aid of a photopolymerization initiator, (2) a thermoplastic organic polymer binder, (3) a photopolymerization initiator which is activated by activating light, and (4) a derivative of a thiohydrazide compound or at least one derivative of a carbothio acid amide. This composition forms a photoresist for producing printed circuit boards, printing plates, etc., by etching or plating. The photoresist has superior adhesion with respect to the base.

摘要： A photosensitive transfer material comprises a temporary substrate having provided thereon an alkali-soluble thermoplastic resin layer, an intermediate layer, and a photosensitive resin layer in this order, the interlaminar adhesion in the transfer material being the smallest at the interface between the thermoplastic resin layer and the temporary substrate. The photosensitive resin layer can be transferred to a permanent substrate without involving failure due to fine dust, air bubbles or unevenness of the permanent substrate. An image can be formed with the transfer material by adhering the transfer material to a permanent substrate at least under heat and, after stripping the temporary substrate, imagewise exposing the photosensitive resin layer to light, and processing the transferred layers to develop the photosensitive resin layer. If the thermoplastic resin layer and the intermediate layer are first removed with a processing method with which the photosensitive resin layer is not substantially developed and then the photosensitive resin layer is developed using a processing solution other than used for revmoving the thermoplastic resin layer and the intermediate layer, excessive fatigue of the developing solution for the photosensitive resin layer and unevenness of development can be prevented.
