    摘要: A zeolite film structure comprising a support, a zeolite film and a protective film. The zeolite film is formed on a surface of the support. The protective film is formed on a surface of the zeolite film. The protective film is configured from organic-nonorganic hybrid silica or carbon. An average thickness of the protective film is less than or equal to 172 nanometers and greater than or equal to 44 nanometers.

    摘要: A separation membrane structure comprising a porous support, a first glass seal, and a separation membrane. The porous support includes through-holes which connect a first end surface and a second end surface. The first glass seal is configured to cover the first end surface. The separation membrane is formed on an inner surface of the through-holes. The first glass seal has a first seal body part and a first extension part. The first seal body part is disposed on the first end surface. The first extension part is connected to the first seal body part and disposed on the inner surface of the through-holes. The separation membrane has a first connection part connected to the first extension part of the first glass seal. A first thickness of the first connection part is less than or equal to 10 microns, and less than or equal to 3.2 times a center thickness at a longitudinal center of the separation membrane.

The function layer 16 contains metal ions, and is transformed by light. The protective layer 18 is a length B (mm) from an end surface 11 of the structural body 10 and a maximum length A (mm) of an opening of the cell 12 satisfy the relationship of B/A≥0.4.

    摘要: Provided is a separation membrane manufacturing method capable of easily manufacturing a dense separation membrane. The separation membrane manufacturing method comprises a membrane forming step of forming a separation membrane precursor containing a separation membrane precursor solution on the surface of cells formed in a porous monolith substrate; and a drying step of performing ventilation drying by passing hot air through the cells having the separation membrane precursor in the monolith substrate to dry the separation membrane precursor. During the ventilation drying in the drying step, the temperature of the monolith substrate having the separation membrane precursor is raised to 90° C. within 15 minutes from the start of the passing of the hot air at such a rate of temperature rise that an average rate of temperature rise is 7° C./min or more from the start of the passing of the hot air until the temperature reaches 90° C.
