摘要: An anode separator of a fuel cell forms: a plurality of gas flow channels arranged in parallel to let a fuel gas flow to an MEA; a supply passage configured to supply the plurality of gas flow channels with the fuel gas; and a recovery passage configured to recover the fuel gas from the plurality of gas flow channels. The plurality of gas flow channels include: a gas flow channel connects the supply passage and the recovery passage; and a gas flow channel having the supply passage side blocked.

摘要: A fuel cell module which is capable of easily securing an adequate sealing function even when the unit cell is made thinner. The fuel cell module includes a stacked body which includes: a stacked structure including: an electrolyte layer, and a pair of electrodes provided to sandwich the electrolyte layer; and a pair of separators disposed to sandwich the stacked structure, the separators being arranged at least one end of the stacked body in the stacking direction, the separators which are arranged at the end of the stacked body having a groove which is capable of receiving a sealing member in a face which does not oppose to the stacked structure, and the at least one groove being a deep groove of which depth is larger than the thickness of the separator having the groove.

摘要: In the present invention, when synchronization is lost due to backlash, and deviation between the rotational phases of a first processing roll and a second processing roll occurs, deviation between the rotational phases of dummy rotating bodies also occurs, and dummy blade parts of the dummy rotating bodies interfere with each other before blade parts of cutting blades of the first processing roll and the second processing roll (40) interfere with each other. Thus, interference between the blade parts is prevented.

Projections (21a, 121a) are formed on end portions of the retainers (21, 121). When the cutting blades (22, 122) are stacked, the projections (21a, 121a) control positioning operation of the cutting blades (22, 122). With this constitution, when the cutting blades (22, 122) are joined in a stacked state to the retainers (21, 121), the cutting blades (22, 122) in the stacking direction is controlled with the retainers (21, 121).

摘要: Each of collectors 22 of an electrode structure 20, which partially constitutes a polymer electrolyte fuel cell, is formed from a metal lath MR having a large number of through-holes. A stopping portion 22a in which the through-holes are reduced in diameter is formed at a peripheral end portion of the collector 22. The peripheral end portion of the collector 22 is folded; subsequently, the folded peripheral end portion is pressed, thereby forming the stopping portion 22a. A resin seal portion 23 for sealing introduced fuel gas and oxidizer gas is formed integrally with the stopping portions 22a by insert molding which is performed such that an injected molten resin encloses the stopping portions 22a. The resin seal portion 23 formed integrally with the stopping portions 22a can reliably prevent inflow of the molten resin toward central portions of the collectors 22.

摘要: A metal separator 10 for a fuel cell is configured such that, after forming through-holes 11b and 12b on a first separator member 11 and a second separator member 12, rising wall sections 11c and 12c are provided so as to be spaced apart from formed sections 11a and 12a for introducing a gas by a predetermined distance L, the rising wall section 11c of the first separator member 11 is fittingly inserted into the rising wall section 12c of the second separator member 12 for performing a positional alignment therebeween, and then, the rising wall sections 11c and 12c are folded to be caulked, whereby the first separator member 11 and the second separator member 12 are bonded to each other. A positional alignment between the first separator member 11 and the second separator member 12 become facilitative.
