    摘要: Systems, methods and apparatus for organising and monitoring education of one or more students are disclosed. The apparatus comprises a topic planner for the student comprising at least one topic category to be studied by the student and a student tracker linked to the topic planner for tracking progress by the student in studying the at least one topic category. Embodiments include a master sheet linked to the topic planner for each student, the master sheet identifying each student, a subject and one or more subject topics, and a class tracker linked to one or more of the topic planner, the master sheet and/or the student tracker for tracking progress by each student in studying each topic and each topic category.

    摘要: An apparatus which inhibits the theft of equipment such as personal computers is disclosed. The equipment must have an external wall provided with a specially designed, approximately rectangular slot having preselected dimensions. An attachment mechanism includes a housing for a spindle having a first portion rotatable within the housing, a shaft extending outwardly from the housing, and a crossmember at the end of the shaft having peripheral dimensions closely conforming to the internal dimensions of the slot. An abutment mechanism also emanates from the housing, and is located on opposite sides of the shaft intermediate the housing and the crossmember. The peripheral cross-sectional dimensions of the abutment mechanism and the shaft in combination closely conform to the dimensions of the slot. The length of the shaft from the housing to the crossmember is approximately equal to the thickness of the external wall of equipment. The crossmember is aligned with the abutment mechanism so that the crossmember can be inserted through the slot with the shaft and the abutment mechanism occupying the slot. The spindle is then rotated 90° to misalign the crossmember with the slot, thereby attaching the attachment mechanism rigidly to the external wall. A cable is secured to the housing and to an immovable object so that the equipment cannot be stolen.

The system includes a user network device for locating a remote network resource; a network repository for storing the remote network resource at a remote location other than a local location of the user network device; and a network processor for receiving an identifier for the remote network resource from the user network device, the network processor operating, in response to a processing control from the user network device, on the remote network resource at a processing location other than the local location upon receipt of the identifier. The method for processing a network resource includes locating a remote network resource from a local location; sending an identifier for the remote network resource to a remote location; accessing the remote network resource at the remote location using the identifier; and processing the remote network resource at the remote location. The computer program product includes a computer readable medium carrying program instructions for initiating remote processing of a remote resource when executed using a computing system, the executed program instructions executing a method, the method includes a) identifying a resource identifier for the remote resource from a local process of the computing system; and b) communicating the resource identifier to a remote process to initiate a remote processing of the remote resource.
