A reinforcement protrusion protruding outward in the radial direction is formed at shoulder section connecting portions, a top surface directed outward in the radial direction is continued to an outer circumferential surface of the drum section with no step difference, and an upper surface directed upward is formed in a curved surface shape protruding upward.

摘要: The present invention is directed to a spheroidal particulate inorganic material of an inorganic particulate material such as spheroidal cement or slag whose respective particles are of a substantially spheroidal shape and have smooth surfaces having improved flowability and filling properties. The spheroidal particulate material is produced by subjecting the respective particles of the particulate inorganic material to a high temperature flame treatment and rapid cooling in air, or by dispersing fine particles of the inorganic material and an organic or inorganic binder in a non-aqueous solvent to form a slurry and granulating the slurry. Compositions containing the spheroidal particulate inorganic material are used in civil engineering works and construction. To improve energetic efficiency in the production of the spheroidal particulate inorganic material, particularly spheroidal cement or slag, an apparatus is used which is a retention furnace for retaining a molten liquid inorganic material, a nozzle assembly communicated to the retention furnace and capable of scattering therethrough the molten liquid inorganic material, a jet gas for entraining the molten inorganic material introduced in the nozzle assembly and scattering the molten inorganic material to cool it, and gas spray means for spraying the jet gas.

摘要: An apparatus for manufacturing cement clinker is disclosed in which raw material powder of cement pre-heated by a pre-heating unit such as a suspension pre-heater and pre-calcined by a calciner is charged into a granulating furnace as to be granulated, thus-obtained granulated material is charged into a sintering furnace as to be sintered, and the sintered material is cooled and recovered by a cooling unit, the apparatus having a granulating furnace so that the granulating performance of the granulating furnace is improved. A fuel supply unit for forming a local hot region is disposed immediately above a porous perforated distributor disposed in the throat portion between the granulating furnace and the sintering furnace so that the granulating furnace is formed into a jet fluidized bed structure, the lower portion of the granulating furnace has an inverse frustum of circular cone (a cone portion) so formed as to cause the granulated material to form a downward moving bed, and raw material powder of cement is blown through the side wall of the cone portion, and it is sufficiently dispersed in the moving bed before it reaches the local hot region.

摘要: An apparatus for sintering a cement clinker in which preheated powdered raw materials are granulated and sintered in a single fluidized bed granulating and sintering furnace. The apparatus includes a first classifying station having a discharging grooved portion extending from the fluidized bed furnace to an opening in a radial direction and communicating with a gas distributor. The space above the discharging grooved portion diverges from the opening to a fluidized bed upstream of the gas distributor so that the total velocity of air blown through the opening and from nozzles in the discharging groove is constant. A second classifying station is in communication with the opening for blowing back small particles to the fluidized bed. In a third classifying station, a discharge chute is connected to a fluidized bed cooling unit for quenching granulated and sintered clinker while small particles are blown back to the granulating and sintering furnace.

摘要: A sintering method of cement clinkers in which preheated cement raw material powder is granulated and sintered in a fluidized bed granulating and sintering furnace, and granulated and sintered clinkers are introduced into a cooling device, for manufacturing high-quality cement clinkers by use of a single fluidized bed-granulating and sintering furnace efficiently with a small heat loss, wherein clinkers are discharged from the fluidized bed granulating and sintering furnace through a clinker dropping hole which is provided in a fluidizing gas distributor of the furnace or in a radial direction extending from the gas distributor, an opening area of the clinker dropping hole is regulated by a gate portion to maintain the differential pressure in a fluidized bed within a predetermined range, air for classifying and cooling the clinkers is blown into a discharge chute connected to the clinker dropping hole, the amount of the blown air is regulated to make the flow velocity of the air blowing from the clinker dropping hole different from the flow velocity of air flowing through nozzles of the gas distributor, and the clinkers are introduced into a cooling device through a hermetic discharge device provided below the classifying and cooling air intake position,

摘要: A method of sintering cement clinker is provided including the steps of introducing raw material for cement to a spouted fluidized bed granulating furnace which includes a perforated distributor having a plurality of nozzle holes; passing fluidizing gas through at least one of the plurality of nozzle holes into the spouted fluidized bed granulating furnace while simultaneously blowing classifying gas at a selected flow velocity that is different from the flow velocity of the fluidizing gas into the spouted fluidized bed granulating furnace through a dropping port arranged facing and between the fluidized bed of the spouted fluidized bed granulating furnace and in communication with a fluidized bed sintering furnace; granulating the raw material in the spouted fluidized bed granulating furnace; discharging granules formed in the spouted fluidized bed granulating furnace into the fluidized bed sintering furnace while classifying the granules with the classifying gas; and sintering the granules injected into the fluidized bed sintering furnace through the dropping port.

摘要: An apparatus for sintering cement clinker with a spouted fluidized bed granulating furnace and a fluidized bed sintering furnace is provided which includes a perforated distributor having a multiplicity of nozzle holes through which gas for granulating injected raw material for cement while spouting and fluidizing the same is introduced; a dropping port through which granulated raw material for cement is discharged and which is disposed to face a spouted fluidized bed, wherein classifying gas is introduced through the dropping port at a classifying flow velocity which is selected to be different from a flow velocity of gas to be introduced through the multiplicity of nozzle holes into the spouted fluidized bed granulating furnace, and means is provided therein to discharge the granulated raw material for cement while classifying the same by using the effect of the classifying gas which is introduced through the dropping port; and an injection chute for injecting the granulated raw material for cement from the dropping port to the fluidized bed sintering furnace.

摘要: A hardened cement material having enhanced flexural strength, heat resistance, and water resistance prepared from a cement composition comprising 100 parts by weight of a hydraulic cement material containing .gamma.-dicalcium silicate (.gamma.-C.sub.2 S) preferably in an amount of 1% by weight or more and 1 to 20 parts by weight of a water-dispersible polymeric material, and mixed with 5 to 25 parts by weight of water, by a molding procedure and by a heat-hardening procedure at a temperature of from 40.degree. C. to 180.degree. C. while controlling the relative humidity to 20% to 70% and/or applying a pressure of 5 to 15 atmospheres.
