Abstract:
A component mounting method is provided in a component mounting apparatus that mounts a component onto a board using a plurality of pieces of production data linked to component data. The method includes executing, when the component data is changed, a simulation of a production cycle time based on the production data, and making an improvement plan for the production cycle time as a target based on a simulation result after change of the component data, and outputting the improvement plan.
Abstract:
A component mounting line includes component-mounting-related devices coupled to one another and placed on a floor. The component-mounting-related devices include a component mounter. In a management method of optimizing assignment of an operator executing a work for producing assembly boards in the component mounting line, a production capacity of the component mounting line for producing the assembly boards according to a production plan is estimated. It is judged whether or not the estimated production capacity is equal to or greater than a predetermined target production capacity. One or more operators out of the operators to be assigned to the component-mounting-related devices are determined based on the operator information if judging that the estimated production capacity is equal to or greater than the target production capacity.
Abstract:
A method is provided for estimating production capacity of a component mounting line for producing assembly boards. The component mounting line includes component-mounting-relevant devices coupled to one another, including a component mounter. Operator information is provided, which relates to an operator. Production-plan information is provided, which relates to a production plan for producing the assembly boards scheduled in the component mounting line. Based on floor-disposition information, production-lot information, event information, the operator information, and the production-plan information, a production capacity of the component mounting line is estimated. The floor-disposition information relates to a disposition of the component mounting line on a floor. The production-lot information relates to a time necessary for the component-mounting-relevant devices to produce the assembly boards. The event information relates to an event indicating that a work of the operator is necessary for the component-mounting-relevant devices and occurrence frequency indicating the number of occurrences of the event.
Abstract:
A component mounting method is provided in a component mounting apparatus that mounts a component onto a board using a plurality of pieces of production data linked to component data. The method includes executing, when the component data is changed, a simulation of a production cycle time based on the production data, and comparing a simulation result of the production cycle time after change of the component data with a production cycle time or a simulation result of the production cycle time before change of the component data, and outputting a comparison result.
Abstract:
An electronic component mounting system includes a component mounting line formed by interconnecting component mounting units which concurrently performs component mounting work on two kinds of boards different in mounting workload. The component mounting units includes: first and second board conveyance mechanisms; a component mounting unit; a board distribution unit which receives the board from the upstream-side apparatus and distributes the received board to either the first board conveyance mechanism or the second board conveyance mechanism; and a distribution control unit which controls the first board conveyance mechanism, the second board conveyance mechanism and the board distribution unit. The distribution control unit mixedly distributes the two kinds of the boards to each of the first and second board conveyance mechanisms based on a board request signal issued from a most-upstream component mounting unit in the component mounting line.
Abstract:
A component mounting system includes a component mounting line including series-connected component mounting machines. In the component mounting system, workers execute jobs for equipment operation of the component mounting line. The component mounting system includes: a skill level storage unit which stores worker data in which a worker ID for identifying each of the workers is associated with a skill level of the corresponding worker for execution of each of the jobs; a history data storage unit which stores execution results of the jobs executed by the workers as job history data for each of the workers; and a worker data update unit which updates the skill level of each of the workers in the worker data based on a result of determination extracted from the job history data.
Abstract:
In a production management method of a substrate in a component mounting system having plural component mounting lines configured to include plural component mounting apparatuses, reading production data of an interrupt type substrate; collecting equipment data of each of the component mounting lines; and determining at least one component mounting line to produce the interrupt type substrate based on the read production data of the interrupt type substrate and the collected equipment data of each of the component mounting lines are performed.
Abstract:
There is provided a component arrangement determination method, in a component mounting apparatus including a plurality of component supply units for supplying components, for determining arrangement of the component supply units used for production of a plurality of types of component mounted boards. The method includes specifying a production frequency of each of the plurality of types of component mounted boards for a predetermined period of time, grouping the plurality of types of component mounted boards into a plurality of groups capable of being produced without changing the arrangement of the component supply units based on the production frequency, and determining arrangement, in the component mounting apparatus, of the component supply units for supplying components necessary for production of types of component mounted boards that belong to each group of the plurality of groups.
Abstract:
Electronic component mounting method for mounting an electronic component on a plurality of board types includes: placing, on tray holding shelves, trays storing components for first and second board types, respectively; recognizing on which tray holding shelf the tray is placed by reading identification information from the trays. The method further includes: rearranging the trays in the tray feeder to a first tray arrangement adapted for the first board type, based on recognized placement position of the tray and the first tray arrangement data, before start of production of the board of the first board type; and rearranging the trays in the tray feeder to a second tray arrangement adapted for the second board type, based on the second tray arrangement data, before start of production of the board of the second board type.
