Abstract: A base station is disclosed, which is capable of appropriately configuring the timings of data assignment, data transmission and reception, and feedback for a case where the DL and UL sTTI lengths are different from each other. In this base station (100), a transmission section (106) transmits a downlink signal using a first short transmission time interval (sTTI) shortened in length than a TTI and used for downlink; and a reception section (107) receives an uplink signal using a second sTTI shortened in length than the TTI and used for uplink. When the first sTTI is shorter in length than the second sTTI, the reception section (107) receives the uplink signal in the second sTTI positioned after a predetermined interval from the transmission timing of the downlink signal, the predetermined interval being configured based on the length of the first sTTI.

Abstract: Disclosed is a terminal that performs an appropriate transmission power control for both signals intended for a base station and for D2D communication. The terminal includes: a reception processing section that receives a control signal including a TPC command selected from among a plurality of candidate values; and a transmission power control section that controls a first transmission power for an uplink data signal for a base station, using a first correction value corresponding to the received TPC command, and that controls a second transmission power for a signal for D2D communication using the first correction value or a second correction value corresponding to the received TPC command. In the terminal, the first and the second correction values are set for each candidate value of the TPC command; and the second correction value is set lower than the first correction value for at least one of the candidate values.

Abstract: Provided is a terminal including a receiver, which, in operation, receives a Channel State Information Reference Signal (CSI-RS) candidate list for CSI-RS configuration information. The CSI-RS candidate list is indicated as Radio Resource Control (RRC) control information for respective terminals. The terminal further includes circuitry, which, in operation, specifies at least one CSI-RS resource information of a measurement target based on the CSI-RS candidate list, and measures a reception power using the specified CSI-RS resource information. The terminal also includes a transmitter, which, in operation, reports the result of the reception power measurement. A reception power measurement method is also provided.
