Abstract:
A computer-implemented method receives, from a user device, user ID information, a target emotional state value, and target time information, acquires personal physiological rhythm data of a user including a plurality of emotional state values from a data storage, acquires present time information, determines a present emotional state value from the plurality of emotional state values, calculates a difference value between the present emotional state value and the target emotional state value, estimates a spontaneous variation of an emotional state value based on the physiological rhythm data, compensates the difference value by the spontaneous variation, selects a content that is expected to cause the emotional state value of the user to change by the compensated difference value, and provides the selected content to the user device.
Abstract:
A stress alleviation system, includes: a biological sensor measuring first biological data of a customer boarding transportation; an action application apparatus provided to a transportation seat and applying an action to the customer for alleviating a stressed state of the customer sitting on the seat; a stress data saver previously saving specific stress data where a customer identifier identifying the customer and a second stress indicator calculated using second biological data measured in past boarding of the customer are associated; a stressed state assessor assessing whether the customer is in the stressed state by calculating a first stress indicator of the customer on board using the first biological data of the customer, and by comparing the first stress indicator with the second stress indicator; and an action controller transmitting a control signal causing the action to the action application apparatus when the customer is assessed as in the stressed state.
Abstract:
A stress management system comprises: a first sensor that detects biological data of a user; a second sensor that detects life log data indicating an action history of the user; a generator that generates stress data using the biological data, the stress data indicating a time series variation of a stress level of the user; an estimator that, when the stress level of the user included in the stress data exceeds a first threshold, estimates whether or not stress of the user is interpersonal stress caused by contact with another person, using the life log data; and a notifier that notifies the user of a result of the estimation by the estimator and notifies a notification target person different from the user of notification content based on the result of the estimation by the estimator.
Abstract:
There is provided a stress management system that manages psychological stress of a user. The system includes: a first sensor that detects biological data of a user; a second sensor that detects life log data indicating an activity history of the user; a generator that generates stress data using the biological data, the stress data indicating a time series variation in a stress level of the user; an estimator that, when the stress level included in the stress data exceeds a threshold value, estimates whether or not stress experienced by the user is interpersonal stress that is caused by contact with other people, using the life log data; and a notifier that notifies the user of a result of the estimation by the estimator.
Abstract:
A contract cancellation system includes a first communication terminal, a second communication terminal, and a server. The first communication terminal operated by a first user acquires biological data of the first user and transmits, to the server, contract history information associating contract information, time information, and the biological data. The second communication terminal operated by a second user transmits, to the server, a cancellation request notification for requesting cancellation of the contract procedure when the second user has operated to cancel the contract procedure. The server receives the contract history information, records the contract history information, and executes processing of the contract procedure. The server cancels the contract procedure when receiving the cancellation request notification within a first period and the biological data associated with the contract information deviates from an allowable range.
Abstract:
A flight attendant evaluation system includes: a first biological sensor that measures first biological data of a customer on board transportation; a storage that stores attendant-associated data in which the first biological data, a seat identifier, and an attendant identifier are associated with each other, the seat identifier indicating a seat of the customer on board, the attendant identifier indicating a flight attendant in charge of the seat; an evaluation value calculator that classifies the attendant-associated data by the attendant identifier, calculates a stress indicator of the customer based on the first biological data associated with a first attendant identifier, and calculates an evaluation value of the flight attendant indicated by the first attendant identifier based on the stress indicator; and a display apparatus that presents the evaluation value.
Abstract:
A customer service device, comprising: an estimator that estimates an emotion of a customer by analyzing biological data of the customer; a handover reviewer that determines whether or not a response to the customer is to be handed over to a customer service successor, based on the emotion estimated by the estimator; a handover information generator that, when the handover reviewer has determined that the response to the customer is to be handed over to the customer service successor, generates handover information including first response content carried out to the customer and handover content that is based on the first response content; and a communicator that transmits the handover information generated by the handover information generator.
Abstract:
Specification of a time is received from a device that uses an in-home-presence probability calculation system, a probability that a person is at home at the specified time is calculated on the basis of a specified operation time and a specified correlation when the specified operation time is a time within a period of a certain time ending at the time at which the specification has been received, and information as to whether or not a person is at home is output to the device on the basis of the calculated probability.
Abstract:
A seat presentation system, including: an accumulator accumulating biological history data in which first biological data of a customer measured during boarding, a seat identifier indicating a seat of the on-board customer, and a customer identifier identifying the customer are associated with each other; a preference data generator generating, based on the biological history data of the customer, preference data in which a position attribute indicating an attribute of a seat position of the customer and a first stress indicator calculated based on the first biological data are associated with each other; a priority calculator calculating a second stress indicator which corresponds to each of seat regions specified by the position attribute by using the preference data, and calculates priorities among the seat regions based on the second stress indicator; and a presentation processor presenting the reservation candidate seats from a seat belonging to the higher priority seat region.
Abstract:
In an authentication method according to the present disclosure, (1) a device transmits device history information with a CRL added thereto (hereinafter, device history information with added CRL) to a controller, (2) the controller transmits the device history information with added CRL to a server, and (3) if the version of the CRL included in the device history information with added CRL is older than the version of the CRL stored on the server, the server judges that the controller is unauthorized.
