Abstract: Laser processing head (20) of the present disclosure includes housing (30), transparent protector (40), and temperature sensor (70). Housing (30) includes an optical path of processing laser light (LB). Transparent protector (40) is detachably fixed to housing (30), passes processing laser light (LB), and suppresses dust of work material (W) entering into housing (30). Here, the dust is generated from the work material (W) irradiated with processing laser light (LB). Temperature sensor (70) detects the temperature of transparent protector (40).

Abstract: There is provided an optical axis alignment mechanism between the laser oscillator and the optical fiber. The laser oscillator emits laser light, which then emerges from the emission end of the optical fiber via the axis alignment mechanism. Part of the laser light is received on the light-receiving surface of the CCD camera of a laser light evaluator. Thus, the laser light evaluator acquires a light intensity distribution. The light intensity distribution is used by the optical axis alignment mechanism to align the axis of the laser oscillator with the axis of the optical fiber.

The wedge plate (102) is held rotatable around the optical axis (200) of the light incident on the wedge plate (102). The light refracted by the wedge plate (102) and collected by the condenser lens (104) is incident on a different point on the incident surface depending on the rotation angle of the wedge plate (102).

Abstract: A fiber coupling device includes a housing and a window provided in the housing. The fiber coupling device is configured to collectively guide plural laser beams to at least a first fiber, the plurality of laser beams each being emitted from a corresponding one of plural external laser light sources and entering through a laser beam inlet. Abstract: A laser oscillator includes a plurality of laser modules, beam coupler (12) that couples a plurality of laser beams (LB1 to LB4) emitted from the plurality of laser modules to form a coupled laser beam, beam coupler (12) emitting the coupled laser beam, and a condensing lens unit having a condensing lens, the condensing lens unit condensing the coupled laser beam to have a given beam diameter and guiding the condensed coupled laser beam to a transmission fiber. Beam coupler (12) has optical members (OC1 to OC4) configured to change optical paths of laser beams (LB1 to LB4). By changing the optical paths of laser beams (LB1 to LB4) by optical members (OC1 to OC4,) a beam profile of the coupled laser beam emitted from the transmission fiber is changed without adjusting a position of the condensing lens.

Abstract: A laser device includes a laser oscillator configured to emit a laser beam, and an optical unit configured to receive the laser beam and emit the laser beam outside. The optical unit includes: a partially transmissive mirror configured to reflect a part of the laser beam toward the outside and transmit a remaining part of the laser beam; a diffusion plate configured to diffuse the laser beam which has passed through the partially transmissive mirror and deflect the laser beam in a predetermined direction, at a predetermined diffusion angle; and a photodiode configured to receive the laser beam deflected by the diffusion plate, and output an electric signal. The laser device is configured such that deviation of an optical axis of the laser beam is monitored based on the electric signal of the photodiode.
