摘要： There is provided an interactive system, which includes a remote controller. The remote controller is equipped with a camera to capture an operating frame having a user image and a background image therein; and a processing unit to analyze the operating frame to identify a user image section and a background image section within the operating frame corresponding to the user image and the background image respectively, wherein the processing unit generates a movement information of the remote controller according to intensity distributions of the user image section and the background image section.

摘要： Provided is an information processing system including a reflection member, a hand-held information processing apparatus including an imaging section, and an information processing apparatus communicable with the hand-held information processing apparatus. The reflection member is a retroreflecting material. The hand-held information processing apparatus includes the imaging section and a light emitting section. The hand-held information processing apparatus analyzes a captured image, calculates the position of an image of the retroreflecting material corresponding to reflected light from the retroreflecting material, and outputs positional information thereof. The information processing apparatus estimates the orientation or position of the hand-held information processing apparatus on the basis of the positional information, and generates an image based on the result of the estimation.

摘要： A controller device is used for more information processes. The controller device is capable of wirelessly communicating with an information processing device. The controller device includes a communication unit, a display unit, and a program executing unit. The communication unit transmits, to the information processing device, operation data obtained based on an operation performed on the controller device, and receives, from the information processing device, image data generated in the information processing device through a process performed based on operation data. A display unit displays an image represented by the image data received from the information processing device. When a predetermined operation on the controller device is performed, the program executing unit executes a predetermined program and displays at least the image resulting from the execution of the program on the display unit. The communication unit transmits, to the information processing device, data indicating that the predetermined program is being executed.
