Abstract: A method of graphically mapping liquid product applied to a field by an agricultural sprayer having a plurality of spray nozzles. The method includes generating an application map on an aerial image of the field, the application map including a droplet size map displaying said droplet sizes being sprayed by each of the plurality of spray nozzles or a gang of spray nozzles as the agricultural sprayer traverses the field. The application map may also include an application rate map displaying said application rates being sprayed by each of the plurality of spray nozzles or the gang of spray nozzles as the agricultural sprayer traverses the field.

Abstract: Described herein are systems and devices for controlling and monitoring liquid applications of agricultural fields. In one embodiment, a flow device for controlling flow during an agricultural operation includes an offset ball valve having multiple openings that rotate in position to control flow of a liquid through the offset ball valve to an outlet passage. Abstract: A fluid system includes a fluid control assembly in fluid communication with a fluid source in fluid communication with a fluid supply port and the fluid control assembly is in fluid communication with an actuator via an outlet port. A controller controls at least one supply valve and at least one exhaust valve. The at least one supply valve and exhaust valve are in a normally closed position until being actuated by the controller to an open position. The fluid control assembly includes a pressure sensor in communication with the outlet port. Whereby when pressure in the outlet port is less than a predetermined pressure, a controller opens the supply valve to communicate fluid to the actuator via the actuator line and when the pressure in the outlet port is greater than a predetermined pressure the controller opens the exhaust valve to vent the is outside a predetermined range.

Abstract: A seeding control system and method to improve yield by minimizing overplanting and underplanting during planting operations. As the planter traverses the field, a precise seed placement map is created by associating the time of each seed pulse generated by the seed sensors with the location of a GPS unit. Based on the generated seed placement map, a stop-planting boundary is defined by previously planted seed or other field boundary such that when a swath of the planter crosses over the stop-planting boundary the swath controllers disengage the drivers of the corresponding seed meters to prevent planting of seeds. The swath controllers cause the drivers to reengage allowing planting to resume when the affected swaths pass out of the stop planting boundary.
