Systems and methods for MBIR reconstruction utilizing a super-voxel approach are provided. A super-voxel algorithm is an optimization algorithm that, as with ICD, produces rapid and geometrically agnostic convergence to the MBIR reconstruction by processing super-voxels which comprise a plurality of voxels whose corresponding memory entries substantially overlap. The voxels in the super-voxel may also be localized or adjacent to one another in the image. In addition, the super-voxel algorithm straightens the memory in the “sinogram” that contains the measured CT data so that both data and intermediate results of the computation can be efficiently accessed from high-speed memory and cache on a computer, GPU, or other high-performance computing hardware. Therefore, each iteration of the super-voxel algorithm runs much faster by more efficiently using the computing hardware.

Also provided herein are methods for producing enriched isogenic lines of genetically modified cells, including base-edited human pluripotent stem cells. In particular, provided herein are methods utilizing transient expression of reporter proteins, the detectable signal of which is altered following base editing. Using the transient reporter with a base editor permits enrichment of isogenic populations of base-edited cells.

A power consumption reduction method for a totally-enclosed integrative access system is also provided in the present invention, comprising: the system control panel detects traffic on the user panel; when the traffic detected is lower than a predefined lower limit value, the system control panel enters a low frequency working mode; when the traffic detected reaches a predefined upper limit value, the system control panel restores its normal working frequency. The present invention solves existing problems with integrative access devices, comprising loud noise, parts susceptible to damage, inflexible installation and inconvenient engineering maintenance.

Two sliding slots are defined in each of side surfaces of the main body, and a receiving space is defined in one end of each sliding slot, another receiving space is defined in opposite end of each sliding slot. The sliding slots communicate with the receiving spaces defined in two opposite ends of the sliding slot, and the width of the sliding slots is less than the width of the receiving spaces. The electronic device further includes two covers and four connecting members. Each cover includes two rings for fixing two connecting members. The connecting members slideably connect the covers to the main body. The connecting members are able to slide in the sliding slots and the receiving spaces.
