摘要: In order to enable a reliable and continuous separation of a solid material, a separating device includes a moving belt which revolves around deflection rollers. Transverse strips and longitudinal strips are provided on the moving belt. The transverse and longitudinal strips form screen surfaces. Solid material having a predetermined maximum dimension falls through these screen surfaces. The portions of solid material which are caught between the transverse strips are automatically loosened when the moving belt moves. In addition, portions of solid material which are caught between the longitudinal strips are removed by a cleaning rake thus guaranteeing an uninterrupted operation. The separating device is especially suited for separating pyrolysis residual material. A method of separating solid material is also provided.

摘要: A pyrolysis plant for refuse and a method for screening solid residues provide a sure and trouble-free sieving of a solid material using a sieving device having a configuration which is as simple as possible. A spiral formed by a rod which is wound in a helicoidal manner, or a plurality of such rods, are provided as the sieving device. The rod or rods can rotate around a longitudinal axis. The solid material is introduced into an interior formed by the rod for sieving, preferably with the assistance of an aligning device for longitudinally extended solid material parts. The spirals include, in particular, a bend so that the lodged solid materials can automatically detach themselves. The sieving device is especially suited for sieving pyrolysis residual material.

摘要: A separating device for elongate solid pieces includes a vibrating base with longitudinal grooves having a depth which decreases in a conveying direction, to allow efficient separation of elongate solid pieces, in particular of short pieces of wire, and to allow the separating device to operate continuously. The longitudinal grooves are adjoined by elongate, e.g. V-shaped, screen openings for separating the elongate solid pieces. Wide solid pieces can slide over the screen openings. The separating device is suitable in particular for separating small pieces of wire out of pyrolysis residue from a pyrolysis plant.

摘要: In order to make it possible for an inhomogeneous residue generated in a pyrolysis plant to be separated continuously and in as fully graded a way as possible, specially selected components are combined with one anther in an advantageous configuration. An essential element of the plant is the separation of a coarse residue in a coarse screen and the subsequent separation of the remaining residue in a zigzag separator into a light residue and a heavy residue. By use of the plant, in particular, the carbon-containing constituents are separated from the remaining residue. The individual components are mostly configured to be self-cleaning for fault-free operation.

摘要: In order to separate a carbon-containing fraction as completely as possible from a residue, for example a pyrolysis residue, a combustible constituent is first separated from a non-combustible constituent. A carbon-containing light fraction is subsequently separated from a small-fragment fraction of the non-combustible constituent. For this purpose, in a preferred embodiment, a combination of a facility for the separation of wire with a heavy-fragment separator following the latter is provided for a continuous separation operation. The carbon-containing fraction thus obtained is preferably supplied for further utilization to a combustion chamber of a pyrolysis plant.

摘要: A heating chamber is rotatable about its longitudinal axis and contains a number of heating tubes orientated parallel to each other. Solid material which is lifted up during the rotation can become detached from the heating tubes and upon impact can lead to damage to heating tubes which are situated below. In order to prevent such an occurrence, baffle shells are provided on the heating tubes. The baffle shells are formed of a resistant material and offer protection against surface damage. The heating tubes are preferably disposed in radially orientated rows.

摘要: A transporting device includes a housing having a feed opening and a discharge opening defining a transporting direction. The housing has a partial section and a remaining section. A conveyor worm is disposed in the housing, is rotatable about a longitudinal axis and has a smaller pitch in the partial section than in the remaining section. The smaller pitch of the conveyor worm is disposed at a distance from the feed opening, as seen in the transporting direction.

摘要: A low-temperature carbonization drum for waste includes many heating tubes located in the interior. The tubes are each secured by one end to a first end plate and by the other end to a second end plate. At least one support location for supporting the heating tubes is provided between the two end plates to prevent them from sagging. Each support location is divided into at least two spaced-apart partial supports, each with one bracket configuration. Each bracket configuration includes a plurality of support brackets that are located in the same plane as one another. The support brackets are located one after another (are staggered) and are rotationally offset from one another. As a result, the solid material in the waste can be transported largely unimpeded past the support locations.
