Also disclosed are a method of making composite sensor fibres, a dressing comprising a fabric having a matrix of the fibres, and a method of monitoring a wound that utilises the dressing.

摘要: The invention provides a process for increasing the melt flow index of a polyolefin, the process comprising using a melt mixing device to melt mix the polyolefin in contact with oxygen and a transition metal catalyst having a redox potential ranging from 0 to 2 volts, wherein oxygen is introduced to the melt mixing device, and wherein the transition metal catalyst in contact with the polyolefin forms at least part of a component of the melt mixing device.

摘要: The present invention relates to masterbatches useful for modifying thermoplastic polyesters, in particular to masterbatches comprising dispersed polyol branching agent and/or chain coupling agents, such as for example dianhydrides. The invention also relates to a method for preparing the masterbatches, and to a method for modifying a polyester utilizing the masterbatches. Yet another aspect of the invention is the use of such a masterbatch composition for the modification of polyesters.
